基于異步IMM融合濾波的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化系統(tǒng)故障診斷

【摘要】:針對(duì)一類帶隨機(jī)丟包的異步多傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)化系統(tǒng),提出了基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)化異步交互式多模型(Interacting multiple model,IMM)融合濾波的故障診斷方法.考慮不同傳感器通道具有不同丟包概率的情況,將未知的故障幅值看作擴(kuò)維的系統(tǒng)狀態(tài),利用提出的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化異步IMM融合濾波算法對(duì)由系統(tǒng)正常模型和各種可能的故障模型構(gòu)成的模型集進(jìn)行濾波,根據(jù)模型概率進(jìn)行故障檢測(cè)和定位,同時(shí)得到故障幅值和系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)的聯(lián)合估計(jì).提出的方法避免了傳統(tǒng)IMM故障診斷方法模型集設(shè)計(jì)中故障大小難以確定的問題,適用于具有任意采樣速率和任意初始采樣時(shí)刻的異步多傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)化系統(tǒng),并且通過融合多個(gè)傳感器的信息提高了故障診斷的準(zhǔn)確性.仿真實(shí)例驗(yàn)證了所提出方法的可行性和有效性.
[Abstract]:For a class of asynchronous multisensor networked systems with random packet loss, a fault diagnosis method based on networked asynchronous interactive multiple model filter is proposed. The unknown fault amplitude is regarded as the extended dimension of the system, and the proposed network asynchronous IMM fusion filtering algorithm is used to filter the model set composed of the normal system model and various possible fault models. According to the model probability, fault detection and location are carried out, and the joint estimation of the fault amplitude and system state is obtained. The proposed method avoids the difficulty of determining the fault size in the design of the model set of traditional IMM fault diagnosis methods. It is suitable for asynchronous multi-sensor networked systems with arbitrary sampling rate and any initial sampling time. The accuracy of fault diagnosis is improved by combining the information of multiple sensors. The simulation results show that the proposed method is feasible and effective.
