球形CdSe納米晶的制備及其光電性能

【摘要】:以Cd(NO_3)_2和Na_2SeSO_3的混合液為反應(yīng)體系,采用液相法(絕氧環(huán)境)制備CdSe納米晶。探討了Cd與Se摩爾比、Na_2EDTA用量、反應(yīng)溫度和反應(yīng)時間等制備條件對樣品在模擬太陽光下光電性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)n(Cd)∶n(Se)=6∶1時,加入25 m L0.16 mol/L Na2EDTA、在90℃下反應(yīng)40 min所得CdSe納米晶薄膜具有較高的光電壓,其值約為0.387 7 V。X射線衍射儀(XRD)、能譜儀(EDS)以及掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)表征結(jié)果顯示,位于25.354°最強衍射峰(111)晶面和60.943°最弱衍射峰(400)晶面處的CdSe納米晶粒尺寸分別為44.98 nm和17.82 nm;以Cd元素對CdSe進行歸一化處理后,樣品中Cd和Se元素原子數(shù)分數(shù)均為12.42%,質(zhì)量分數(shù)分別為34.77%和24.42%;樣品CdSe納米晶體呈球形,分散均勻,直徑約為100 nm。
[Abstract]:The CdSe nanocrystalline was prepared by liquid phase method using the mixed solution of Cd(NO_3)_2 and Na_2SeSO_3 as reaction system. The dosage of Na2EDTA in the molar ratio of CD to se was discussed. The effect of reaction temperature and reaction time on the optoelectronic properties of the samples under simulated solar light was investigated.
