聲表器件質(zhì)量管理與質(zhì)量風(fēng)險相關(guān)性分析

【摘要】:聲表面波器件因體積小,質(zhì)量小,信號處理簡單,適于批量生產(chǎn)及可靠性高等優(yōu)點,在雷達、通信、導(dǎo)航和電視等領(lǐng)域有著廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。目前,我國聲表面波器件產(chǎn)品檢驗合格率相對偏低,質(zhì)量不高,制約了整個行業(yè)的發(fā)展。該文通過分析電子元器件質(zhì)量管理要素與質(zhì)量風(fēng)險間的相關(guān)性,提出了一種能夠通過評價電子元器件質(zhì)量管理水平預(yù)測其質(zhì)量風(fēng)險的方法,為聲表器件研制企業(yè)改善產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量風(fēng)險提供了借鑒與參考。
[Abstract]:Surface acoustic wave devices are widely used in radar, communication, navigation, television and other fields because of their small size, small mass, simple signal processing, high reliability and so on. The qualification rate of saw devices in China is relatively low and the quality is not high, which restricts the development of the whole industry. This paper analyzes the correlation between the quality management elements of electronic components and the quality risks. A method for predicting the quality risk of electronic components by evaluating the quality management level of electronic components is presented, which provides a reference and reference for the enterprises of acoustical device development to improve the product quality risk.
