高性能平面集成帶通濾波器研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:微波濾波器作為當(dāng)代無線通訊系統(tǒng)電路前端的無源器件之一,其性能的優(yōu)劣直接影響整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的質(zhì)量。隨著無線通信技術(shù)與系統(tǒng)級(jí)封裝SIP(system in package)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,人們對(duì)微波毫米波系統(tǒng)中高性能濾波器的需求越來越強(qiáng)烈。因此,研究與設(shè)計(jì)平面集成的高性能小型化濾波器已經(jīng)變得非常重要。本文利用基片集成波導(dǎo)(Substrate Integrated Waveguide,SIW)技術(shù)開展研究,結(jié)合雙模技術(shù)與混合電磁耦合理論分別設(shè)計(jì)了一款SIW雙模帶通濾波器和可控混合電磁耦合的SIW準(zhǔn)橢圓濾波器,并進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。論文的主要內(nèi)容如下:第一章緒論部分簡要介紹了該論文的研究背景及其意義,通過調(diào)研國內(nèi)外大量相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)對(duì)基片集成波導(dǎo)技術(shù)的發(fā)展歷程、研究現(xiàn)狀及濾波器設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了描述,闡述了本論文的主要內(nèi)容。第二章介紹了濾波器的相關(guān)理論知識(shí)。從不同的角度出發(fā)對(duì)濾波器的分類進(jìn)行了描述,介紹了濾波器的概念原理及主要的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)指標(biāo),重點(diǎn)分析了最平坦型(Butterworth)、切比雪夫型(Chebyshev)和橢圓函數(shù)型(Quasi-elliptic)低通濾波器原型,給出了低通原型到帶通濾波器的頻率變換。第三章設(shè)計(jì)了一種新型的雙模SIW帶通濾波器,并對(duì)該濾波器結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了仿真研究和測試分析。該濾波器中心頻率在11.33 GHz處,通帶內(nèi)插入損耗小于1.2 dB,回波損耗優(yōu)于20 dB,通帶兩側(cè)產(chǎn)生了2個(gè)傳輸零點(diǎn)。為了進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證這款濾波器的性能,基于單層PCB工藝制作了濾波器實(shí)物,測試數(shù)據(jù)與仿真結(jié)果吻合較好。測試結(jié)果表明,該結(jié)構(gòu)能夠減小濾波器的體積,更有利于器件的小型化,同時(shí)還能夠有效減小輻射損耗,使通帶兩側(cè)的衰減變得更好,提高了濾波器的頻率選擇性。第四章基于SIW技術(shù)與單層PCB加工工藝,提出了一種新型的可控混合電磁耦合結(jié)構(gòu)。該結(jié)構(gòu)通過兩SIW諧振腔之間的感性窗口來實(shí)現(xiàn)磁耦合,電耦合的強(qiáng)度利用諧振腔頂層金屬上刻蝕出的三條對(duì)稱的槽線的尺寸來調(diào)整。基于二階混合電磁耦合濾波單元,仿真設(shè)計(jì)并制作了一款電耦合占優(yōu)的具有準(zhǔn)橢圓函數(shù)響應(yīng)的三階濾波器。仿真和測試的結(jié)果表明了該濾波器具有低插損、高選擇性、寬阻帶,可以靈活地調(diào)節(jié)傳輸零點(diǎn)的位置,易于平面集成等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Microwave filter is one of the passive devices in the front end of wireless communication system, and its performance directly affects the quality of the whole system. With the development of wireless communication technology and system-level encapsulation in package technology, The demand for high performance filters in microwave and millimeter wave systems is increasing. Therefore, it has become very important to study and design planar integrated high performance miniaturized filters. A SIW dual-mode band-pass filter and a controllable hybrid electromagnetic coupling SIW quasi-elliptic filter are designed by combining the dual-mode technique with the hybrid electromagnetic coupling theory. The main contents of the thesis are as follows: in the first chapter, the background and significance of the thesis are introduced briefly, and the development course of the substrate integrated waveguide technology is discussed by investigating a large number of related literatures at home and abroad. The research status and filter design are described, and the main contents of this paper are described. In chapter 2, the relevant theoretical knowledge of filter is introduced, and the classification of filter is described from different angles. The concept principle and main design parameters of the filter are introduced. The prototype of the flattened Butterworth, Chebyshev-type Chebyshevand elliptic function Quasi-elliptic lowpass filter is analyzed. In chapter 3, a novel dual-mode SIW band-pass filter is designed, and the structure of the filter is simulated and tested. The center frequency of the filter is 11.33 GHz. The insertion loss in the passband is less than 1.2 dB, the return loss is better than 20 dB, and two 00:00 transmissions are generated on both sides of the passband. In order to further verify the performance of the filter, the filter is fabricated based on the single-layer PCB process. The test results show that the structure can reduce the size of the filter, which is more conducive to the miniaturization of the device, at the same time, it can effectively reduce the radiation loss and make the attenuation of both sides of the passband better. The frequency selectivity of the filter is improved. In Chapter 4th, a novel controllable hybrid electromagnetic coupling structure is proposed based on SIW technology and single-layer PCB processing technology. The structure realizes magnetic coupling through the inductive window between two SIW resonators. The strength of the electrical coupling is adjusted by the size of three symmetrical slots etched on the top metal of the resonator. A third order filter with quasi-elliptic function response is designed and fabricated by simulation. The simulation and test results show that the filter has low insertion loss, high selectivity, wide stopband, and can flexibly adjust the position of 00:00 transmission. Easy plane integration and other advantages.
