利用TDLAS技術(shù)的多點(diǎn)甲烷氣體全量程監(jiān)測

【摘要】:甲烷氣體是一種對人體和環(huán)境有嚴(yán)重危害的氣體,特別在煤礦、天然氣罐、氣站和石油化工等安全生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域,對甲烷氣體的泄漏監(jiān)測至關(guān)重要。利用可調(diào)諧半導(dǎo)體激光吸收光譜技術(shù)(TDLAS),選擇1 653.72 nm波長作為甲烷氣體直接吸收檢測的中心波長,使用微透鏡設(shè)計(jì)了14 cm光程吸收池建立了一套濃度范圍為0~100%全量程甲烷在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),利用分束器分成多路對不同位置進(jìn)行監(jiān)測,通過小波變換對吸收信號進(jìn)行降噪處理,提高信噪比,使系統(tǒng)的最低測量極限達(dá)到335 ppm(1 ppm=10-6),并將自行研制的多點(diǎn)全量程激光甲烷傳感器與商用紅外甲烷氣體探測器進(jìn)行對比實(shí)驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明:該系統(tǒng)具有測量穩(wěn)定性好、測量范圍大、響應(yīng)速度快、免調(diào)校、測量探頭本征安全、低成本等優(yōu)點(diǎn),完全有能力滿足各行業(yè)的使用需求。
[Abstract]:Methane gas is a kind of gas that has serious harm to human body and environment, especially in the safe production fields such as coal mine, natural gas tank, gas station and petrochemical industry, etc. It is very important to monitor the leakage of methane gas. By using tunable semiconductor laser absorption spectroscopy, the wavelength of 1 653.72 nm is chosen as the central wavelength of direct absorption detection of methane gas. An on-line methane monitoring system with a concentration range of 0 ~ 100% has been established by using a microlens to design a 14 cm optical path absorption cell. The beam splitter is used to monitor different positions and the absorption signal is de-noised by wavelet transform. The signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is improved, the minimum measuring limit of the system is up to 335 ppm(1 PPM 10-6, and the multi-point full-range laser methane sensor developed by ourselves is compared with the commercial infrared methane gas detector. The results show that the system has good measurement stability. It has the advantages of large range of measurement, fast response, no adjustment, intrinsic safety and low cost of measuring probe, and can meet the needs of various industries.
