無鉛壓電疊層驅(qū)動(dòng)器極化工藝及驅(qū)動(dòng)性能研究

【摘要】:為提升Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_3-K_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_3(NBT-KBT)系無鉛壓電陶瓷壓電性能,開發(fā)新型無鉛壓電疊層驅(qū)動(dòng)器,該文采用單因素方差分析與正交試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法優(yōu)化研究了0.8NBT-0.2KBT壓電陶瓷的極化工藝,最優(yōu)極化工藝為極化電場6kV/mm,極化溫度70℃,極化時(shí)間50 min,保壓時(shí)間21 min,測得壓電系數(shù)d33達(dá)到108pC/N;制備了無鉛陶瓷疊層驅(qū)動(dòng)器,并基于三角放大原理和柔性鉸鏈結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)一種新型外置放大機(jī)構(gòu),分別對有無外置放大機(jī)構(gòu)的疊層驅(qū)動(dòng)器微位移量進(jìn)行對比測試,結(jié)果表明,與有外置放大機(jī)構(gòu)的疊層驅(qū)動(dòng)器相比,直接驅(qū)動(dòng)的疊層驅(qū)動(dòng)器位移量放大了3.7倍,在150V驅(qū)動(dòng)電壓下位移量達(dá)到25μm。這種無鉛壓電陶瓷驅(qū)動(dòng)器具有大位移量、穩(wěn)定性及低成本等特性,有望應(yīng)用于微精密定位系統(tǒng)領(lǐng)域。
