【摘要】:針對噪聲信號(hào)對脈沖激光四象限探測器(QPD)數(shù)字式測角算法產(chǎn)生的影響,分析了激光四象限探測器測角不確定性統(tǒng)計(jì)分布規(guī)律.建立了激光測角電路通道模型和QPD光敏面光斑模型,并根據(jù)隨機(jī)噪聲類型和理想信號(hào)類型,建立了單通道可測信號(hào)模型.考慮到QPD的對稱性,對不同的理想信號(hào)時(shí)域分布類型、光斑總峰值功率、理想信號(hào)半峰寬度和等效噪聲電壓概率密度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差等四種變量,在θ∈[0,π/4]的范圍內(nèi)通過蒙特卡羅仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)方法計(jì)算了五個(gè)不同光斑中心的QPD測角αy值的統(tǒng)計(jì)分布規(guī)律.仿真結(jié)果表明:測角αy值的統(tǒng)計(jì)分布呈正態(tài)分布,并被四種變量影響;特別是被單象限信噪比顯著影響.光斑中心越靠近坐標(biāo)軸中心,QPD測角精度越高;光斑中心不在坐標(biāo)軸中心附近時(shí)QPD的測角αy的統(tǒng)計(jì)分布均值都小于理想測角值.
