新型平衡帶通濾波器的研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:近年來(lái),無(wú)線通信技術(shù)不斷進(jìn)步,對(duì)無(wú)線通信終端的要求也越來(lái)越高。就無(wú)線通信系統(tǒng)而言,濾波器是射頻電路中一種很重要的器件。因此,研究和開發(fā)高性能的微波濾波器,是一項(xiàng)重要且具有研究意義的課題。平衡電路在構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代通信系統(tǒng)中尤為重要,對(duì)平衡濾波器的研究具有重要的意義。本文以平衡帶通濾波器為研究對(duì)象,分析了基片集成波導(dǎo)(SIW)的相關(guān)理論,研究了基于四分之一;刹▽(dǎo)(QMSIW)和八分之一;刹▽(dǎo)(EMSIW)的結(jié)構(gòu)并設(shè)計(jì)了兩款平衡帶通濾波器,兩款濾波器不僅尺寸很小,共模抑制性能也很優(yōu)越。與此同時(shí),為了充分利用現(xiàn)有的頻譜資源,為了實(shí)現(xiàn)平衡雙通帶特性,本文分析了階躍阻抗諧振器(SIR)的相關(guān)理論,階躍阻抗諧振器(SIR)克服了均勻阻抗諧振器(UIR)結(jié)構(gòu)過(guò)于簡(jiǎn)單,雜散頻率是基頻的整數(shù)倍等缺陷,具有更多的設(shè)計(jì)自由度。然后進(jìn)一步研究了其實(shí)現(xiàn)雙通帶濾波器的原理,利用階躍阻抗諧振器(SIR)的基本頻率和雜散頻率來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)兩個(gè)通頻帶,通過(guò)調(diào)整其阻抗比來(lái)控制雜散頻率。最終,設(shè)計(jì)了一款基于四分之一波長(zhǎng)階躍阻抗諧振器(SIR)的平衡雙通帶濾波器,該濾波器結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,尺寸很小,共模抑制性能也很好。相關(guān)的理論研究也是得到了很好的驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of wireless communication technology, the requirement of wireless communication terminal is becoming higher and higher. In wireless communication system, filter is a very important device in radio frequency circuit. Therefore, high performance microwave filter is researched and developed. Balance circuit is very important in the construction of modern communication system, and it is of great significance to the research of balanced filter. In this paper, the balanced band-pass filter is taken as the research object. In this paper, the theory of the substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) is analyzed, the structure of the integrated waveguide based on the 1/4 mode substrate and the integrated waveguide of the 1/8 mode is studied, and two balanced bandpass filters are designed. The size of the two filters is not only very small. At the same time, in order to make full use of the available spectrum resources and to realize the balanced double pass band characteristics, the theory of step impedance resonator (SIRs) is analyzed. Step Impedance Resonator (SIR) overcomes the defects of uniform impedance resonator (UIRs), such as the simple structure, the fact that the spurious frequency is an integer multiple of the fundamental frequency, and has more degrees of freedom. Then, the principle of the double pass band filter is further studied. The basic frequency and stray frequency of step impedance resonator (SIR) are used to realize two frequency bands, and the spurious frequency is controlled by adjusting its impedance ratio. A balanced double pass band filter based on 1/4 wavelength step impedance resonator is designed. The filter is simple in structure, small in size and good in common mode suppression performance.
