超快激光工藝參數(shù)對不銹鋼表面著色的影響

【摘要】:利用皮秒激光在304不銹鋼上進行表面著色試驗研究。分析了皮秒激光對不銹鋼表面著色的機理,建立了表面色彩的模型。分別試驗研究了掃描線間距、掃描速度和脈沖能量等激光工藝參數(shù)對著色效果的影響。研究結果表明,改變線間距、掃描速度和功率均能對著色效果產(chǎn)生顯著影響,在掃描速度90~300μm/s,掃描線間距0.001~0.01mm,單脈沖能量60~140mJ/cm~2的參數(shù)范圍內(nèi)能得到較好的色彩,而且三者對著色有近似的影響效果。在試驗基礎上,獲得了皮秒激光參數(shù)與CIE L*a*b*色彩模型之間的關系。最后對著色后的試樣進行了顏色老化對比試驗。老化對比試驗表明,不同老化時間下的激光著色試樣的色差值ΔE均很小,說明各試樣顏色接近,耐老化效果較好。
[Abstract]:The surface coloring of 304 stainless steel by picosecond laser was studied. The mechanism of surface coloration of stainless steel by picosecond laser was analyzed, and the model of surface color was established. The effects of laser parameters such as scanning speed and pulse energy on the coloring effect are studied. The results show that changing the line spacing, scanning speed and power can significantly affect the coloring effect. A good color can be obtained within the parameters of the scanning speed of 90 渭 m / s, the scan line spacing of 0.001 ~ 0.01mm, the single pulse energy of 60140mJ / cm ~ (-2), and the effect of the three factors on the coloring. The relationship between the parameters of picosecond laser and the color model of CIE has been obtained. Finally, the color aging contrast tests of the colored samples have been carried out. The results show that the color difference 螖 E of the laser colored samples at different aging times is very small. The results show that the color of each sample is close and the effect of aging resistance is better.
