基于Taguchi方法的LED植物光源優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:為了提高LED植物光源的有效利用率,基于Taguchi的實(shí)驗(yàn)方法對(duì)LED植物紅藍(lán)光源陣列進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和優(yōu)化。用MATLAB軟件編程進(jìn)行仿真模擬,通過(guò)ANOVA方法分析得出對(duì)植物光源照射距離為10 cm處的紅藍(lán)光的光子數(shù)比值(R/B)分布均勻度影響最大的因子,并對(duì)試驗(yàn)最優(yōu)結(jié)果采用Trace Pro光學(xué)軟件進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,從而獲得本次試驗(yàn)最佳的參數(shù)組合。結(jié)果表明:曲率半徑為50 mm的凹形曲面底板的圓心加點(diǎn)排布方式,圓心為L(zhǎng)ED藍(lán)光芯片,圓環(huán)上為L(zhǎng)ED紅光芯片,芯片數(shù)量分別為6個(gè)LED紅光芯片和1個(gè)LED藍(lán)光芯片,芯片距離為10 mm的最優(yōu)化組合是本次試驗(yàn)的最優(yōu)組合。通過(guò)ANOVA方法分析得出,LED紅藍(lán)芯片之間的間距對(duì)植物光源的R/B的均勻分布影響最大,占有35.17%的比例,LED紅藍(lán)芯片的排布方式也不可忽略,因?yàn)槠湔加辛?8.05%的影響比例。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the effective utilization rate of LED plant light source, the experimental method based on Taguchi is used to design and optimize the LED plant red and blue light source array. By means of ANOVA analysis, the most important factor affecting the distribution uniformity of the red and blue light at a distance of 10 cm is obtained, and the optimum results are verified by Trace Pro optical software. The results show that the center of the bottom plate with a curvature radius of 50 mm is arranged at the center of LED blue chip, and the ring is a LED red chip. The number of chips is 6 LED red light chips and 1 LED blue light chip. The optimal combination of chips with a distance of 10 mm is the best combination in this experiment. The results of ANOVA analysis show that the distance between red and blue chips has the greatest effect on the uniform distribution of R / B of the plant light source. 35.17% of the LED red and blue chip layout can not be ignored, because it accounts for 28.05% of the impact of the proportion.
