【摘要】:報(bào)道了利用基于摻鐿光纖脈沖激光器1064 nm基頻光通過(guò)偏硼酸鋇晶體(β-BaB_2O_4,BBO)晶體四次諧波技術(shù)獲得266 nm的紫外激光輸出,利用雙晶體空間走離補(bǔ)償技術(shù)在重復(fù)頻率為80 MHz平均輸出功率為2.9 W,532 nm到266 nm的轉(zhuǎn)化效率為36.5%。通過(guò)測(cè)量266 nm光強(qiáng)的變化發(fā)現(xiàn)雙光子吸收效應(yīng)導(dǎo)致了動(dòng)態(tài)色心的形成,以及色心密度與雙光子吸收系數(shù)隨著晶體溫度變化的規(guī)律,實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)表明在晶體溫度200℃的雙光子吸收效應(yīng)比室溫時(shí)低了3.5倍,提高了266 nm紫外激光的輸出功率和穩(wěn)定度。
[Abstract]:Based on ytterbium-doped fiber pulse laser 1064 nm fundamental frequency light is used to obtain 266 nm ultraviolet laser output through the fourth harmonic technique of 尾 -BaB2O4BBOO crystal. The conversion efficiency of the double crystal space walk compensation technique at the repetition rate of 80 MHz is 2.9WN 532nm to 266nm.
