用于雷達(dá)回波仿真的小型化微波光纖延遲線(xiàn)

【摘要】:針對(duì)高分辨率雷達(dá)回波信號(hào)仿真對(duì)帶寬、線(xiàn)性度和延時(shí)性能的要求,設(shè)計(jì)了X波段雷達(dá)測(cè)試與校準(zhǔn)應(yīng)用的小型化微波光纖延遲線(xiàn)。分析了雷達(dá)回波模擬源對(duì)距離延遲單元的性能要求,根據(jù)系統(tǒng)指標(biāo),研制了用于寬帶雷達(dá)信號(hào)線(xiàn)性電光轉(zhuǎn)換的關(guān)鍵器件—直接調(diào)制分布反饋(DFB)激光器;诠饫w反射鏡,設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)了一種小型化的反射式延遲線(xiàn)結(jié)構(gòu)。最后,利用矢量網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析儀對(duì)系統(tǒng)的微波傳輸性能進(jìn)行了測(cè)試分析。結(jié)果表明:直接調(diào)制DFB激光器的-3dB模擬調(diào)制帶寬高達(dá)21GHz;谠摷す馄鞯奈⒉ü饫w延遲線(xiàn),針對(duì)X波段雷達(dá)測(cè)試應(yīng)用可提供40、80、120μs不同延時(shí)的目標(biāo)回波模擬,其帶內(nèi)幅度平坦度小于±0.5dB,相位非線(xiàn)性小于10°,同時(shí)線(xiàn)性動(dòng)態(tài)范圍大于60dB,滿(mǎn)足雷達(dá)回波仿真與校準(zhǔn)過(guò)程對(duì)于信號(hào)附加幅頻誤差和相頻誤差的要求。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the requirement of bandwidth, linearity and delay performance for high resolution radar echo signal simulation, A miniaturized microwave fiber delay line for the testing and calibration of X-band radar is designed. The performance requirements of the radar echo analog source for the range delay unit are analyzed. A key device for linear electro-optic conversion of wideband radar signals, a direct-modulated distributed feedback DFB laser, is developed. Based on the fiber mirror, a miniaturized reflective delay line structure is designed and implemented. The microwave transmission performance of the system is tested and analyzed by using a vector network analyzer. The results show that the analog modulation bandwidth of the direct-modulated DFB laser is up to 21 GHz. In view of X-band radar test application, target echo simulation with different time delay of 40 ~ 80 渭 s and 120 渭 s can be provided. The in-band amplitude flatness is less than 鹵0.5 dB, the phase nonlinearity is less than 10 擄, and the linear dynamic range is more than 60 dB, which meets the requirements of radar echo simulation and calibration for the additional amplitude frequency error and phase frequency error.
