【摘要】：目前,片式元件已成為電子元件的發(fā)展主流,在電子元件領域,其片式化率逐年提升,數(shù)據(jù)顯示,當前的電子元件片式化比重已經(jīng)超過了七成。其中,手機、平板電腦、筆記本電腦等中高端電子產(chǎn)品使用片式元件的比例更高,可達100:1。本文將就電子元件的發(fā)展趨勢展開論述,淺析片式化技術對電子元件行業(yè)發(fā)展的影響。
[Abstract]:At present, chip components have become the mainstream of the development of electronic components. In the field of electronic components, the rate of chip conversion has increased year by year. The data show that the proportion of current electronic components in the form of chips has exceeded 70%. Among them, mobile phones and tablets, The proportion of chip components used in high-end electronic products such as notebook computers is even higher, up to 100: 1.This paper will discuss the development trend of electronic components and analyze the influence of chip technology on the development of electronic components industry.
