FBG濾波的級(jí)聯(lián)LPFG溫度和折射率傳感裝置

【摘要】:利用長(zhǎng)周期光纖光柵具有較高的溫度、折射率靈敏度,以及光纖布喇格光柵具有較高反射效率的特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于光纖布啦格光柵濾波的級(jí)聯(lián)長(zhǎng)周期光纖光柵溫度和折射率傳感裝置.利用光纖布喇格光柵的高反射率,將級(jí)聯(lián)長(zhǎng)周期光纖光柵干涉波峰的局部功率反射到功率計(jì)中,實(shí)現(xiàn)了溫度和折射率的測(cè)量.基于信號(hào)疊加原理,對(duì)光纖布喇格光柵濾波的級(jí)聯(lián)長(zhǎng)周期光纖光柵溫度和折射率傳感方法的可行性進(jìn)行了分析.將實(shí)際測(cè)得的功率計(jì)示數(shù)與溫度以及折射率的變化進(jìn)行二項(xiàng)式擬合,其確定系數(shù)分別為0.9990和0.9959,表明該傳感方法可用于溫度和折射率的精確測(cè)量.最后對(duì)該裝置的穩(wěn)定性做了一系列的測(cè)試,驗(yàn)證了該傳感系統(tǒng)具有較高的穩(wěn)定性.
[Abstract]:The long period fiber grating has the characteristics of high temperature, sensitivity of refractive index and high reflection efficiency of fiber Bragg grating. A cascade long period fiber grating temperature and refractive index sensing device based on fiber Bragg grating filter is designed. The high reflectivity of fiber Bragg grating is used. The local power of the interference wave peak of cascaded long period fiber grating is reflected into the power meter to measure the temperature and refractive index. The feasibility of cascaded long period fiber grating temperature and refractive index sensing method using fiber Bragg grating filter is analyzed. The actual measured power indicator number is fitted with the change of temperature and refractive index. The determination coefficients are 0.9990 and 0.9959, respectively, which indicate that the sensing method can be used to measure the temperature and refractive index accurately. Finally, a series of tests are made on the stability of the device, which proves that the sensor system has high stability.
