紫外輻射照度計檢定裝置自動控制系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:隨著當(dāng)今科學(xué)技術(shù)及工業(yè)的發(fā)展,紫外輻射測量技術(shù)被廣泛的應(yīng)用其中。為了保障紫外輻射測量的精確度,紫外輻射照度計檢定工作也顯得尤為重要。目前各地計量部門還在使用手動的檢定裝置進行紫外輻射照度計的檢定工作,效率低、精確度差、檢定量過大使得檢定負擔(dān)過重。本文根據(jù)檢定規(guī)程和現(xiàn)階段紫外輻射照度計的檢定特點對紫外輻射照度計檢定裝置自動控制系統(tǒng)做了研究,內(nèi)容如下:首先,本文根據(jù)紫外輻射照度計檢定工作的現(xiàn)狀,研究分析了現(xiàn)在檢定工作存在的問題。根據(jù)掌握的紫外輻照計檢定工作的研究現(xiàn)狀以及實現(xiàn)其自動化檢定應(yīng)用技術(shù)的研究現(xiàn)狀,確定了本課題進行研究的意義,并且在此基礎(chǔ)上確定了本課題的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計要求和課題研究的主要內(nèi)容。其次,根據(jù)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計要求制定了系統(tǒng)的總體控制方案。系統(tǒng)總體控制方案確定了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計結(jié)構(gòu),說明了系統(tǒng)的組成及其各個部分的功能。根據(jù)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計總體方案分析了系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用的主要控制技術(shù)。再次,本文根據(jù)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計的總體方案和相關(guān)工作原理,分別詳細地設(shè)計了系統(tǒng)各個部分并說明了其功能。系統(tǒng)設(shè)計過程包括:單片機控制的運動控制系統(tǒng)的硬件設(shè)計和軟件設(shè)計以及上位機的設(shè)計。最后,通過系統(tǒng)的軟硬件設(shè)計搭建了簡易的系統(tǒng)實驗平臺。通過該實驗平臺對系統(tǒng)的部分功能進行了測試。通過測試的數(shù)據(jù)對系統(tǒng)進行了性能評估,系統(tǒng)的資源分配合理該系統(tǒng)能夠協(xié)調(diào)工作,系統(tǒng)的功能能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)。本文設(shè)計的紫外輻射照度計檢定裝置自動控制系統(tǒng)以上位機為人機界面發(fā)送控制命令和顯示運動平臺位移數(shù)據(jù),以單片機為控制核心通過接收上位機的控制指令控制運動平臺進行檢定相關(guān)運動,以旋轉(zhuǎn)編碼器和限位開關(guān)為主要檢測裝置實現(xiàn)運動平臺位移的閉環(huán)控制。該系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了紫外輻照計的半自動化檢定,系統(tǒng)的成功設(shè)計為各計量部門進行紫外輻射照度的計檢定工作提供了新的方法,這也將大幅度提高紫外輻射照度的計的檢定工作效率。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology and industry, ultraviolet radiation measurement technology is widely used. The verification of ultraviolet illuminance meter is also very important. At present, the local metrology departments are still using manual verification device to verify the ultraviolet illuminance meter, with low efficiency and poor accuracy. This paper studies the automatic control system of the verification device of ultraviolet illuminance meter according to the verification regulation and the verification characteristics of the ultraviolet illuminance meter. The contents are as follows: first of all, In this paper, according to the present situation of the verification of ultraviolet irradiance meter, the problems existing in the verification work are studied and analyzed. According to the present situation of the study on the verification of ultraviolet irradiance meter and the application technology to realize the automatic verification of the ultraviolet irradiance meter, The significance of the research is determined, and on the basis of this, the system design requirements and the main contents of the research are determined. Secondly, According to the system design requirements, the overall control scheme of the system is formulated. The overall control scheme of the system determines the design structure of the system. The composition of the system and the functions of each part are explained. According to the overall scheme of the system design, the main control technologies of the system application are analyzed. Thirdly, according to the overall scheme of the system design and related working principles, The system design process includes the hardware design and software design of the motion control system controlled by single chip computer and the design of the upper computer. Through the software and hardware design of the system, a simple system experimental platform is built. Some functions of the system are tested through the experimental platform, and the performance of the system is evaluated by the test data. The system has a reasonable allocation of resources, and the system is able to coordinate its work, The function of the system can be realized. The automatic control system designed in this paper uses the upper computer as the man-machine interface to send the control command and display the displacement data of the moving platform. The single chip microcomputer is used as the control core to control the motion platform by receiving the control instructions from the upper computer to verify the related motion. The rotary encoder and the limit switch are used as the main detecting devices to realize the closed-loop control of the movement platform displacement. The system realizes the semi-automatic verification of the ultraviolet irradiometer. The successful design of the system provides a new method for the verification of ultraviolet illuminance in various measurement departments, which will greatly improve the efficiency of the verification of ultraviolet illuminance.
