【摘要】:研制了基于電子束時間展寬技術(shù)和微通道板(microchannel plate,MCP)選通技術(shù)的時間展寬分幅相機(jī)。相機(jī)有三條厚度80 nm、寬度8 mm的微帶陰極,陰極上加載斜率為2.1 V/ps的高壓斜坡脈沖,使得先發(fā)射的電子較后面的電子速度快,經(jīng)過50 cm的漂移區(qū)后,電子束產(chǎn)生時間展寬,從而提高相機(jī)時間分辨率。陰極和MCP均加載了脈沖電壓,因此,需要精確同步光脈沖、陰極脈沖和MCP選通脈沖,分析了完整的同步過程。當(dāng)陰極僅加直流電壓,無電子束時間展寬時,獲得相機(jī)的時間分辨率為78 ps。當(dāng)陰極加載高壓斜坡脈沖時,電子束時間展寬技術(shù)將系統(tǒng)的時間分辨率提高至12 ps。改變延時,將光脈沖分別同步在斜坡脈沖不同位置,獲得了時間分辨率與同步位置的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Based on the technology of electron beam time broadening and microchannel plate MCPS, a time broadening camera is developed. The camera has three microstrip cathodes with a thickness of 80 nm and a width of 8 mm, and a high voltage slope pulse with a slope of 2.1 V / PS is loaded on the cathode. The electron emitted at first is faster than that in the rear. After the drift region of 50 cm, the electron beam produces time broadening, which improves the time resolution of the camera. Both cathode and MCP load pulse voltage, so it is necessary to accurately synchronize the optical pulse. The complete synchronization process is analyzed for cathode pulse and MCP strobe pulse. When the cathode is only applied DC voltage and no electron beam time is widened, the time resolution of the camera is 78 ps.When the cathode is loaded with high voltage ramp pulse, the time resolution of the camera is 78 ps. when the cathode is loaded with a high voltage ramp pulse, The time resolution of the system is increased to 12 ps by the electron beam time broadening technique. The time delay is changed and the optical pulse is synchronized in different positions of the ramp pulse. The relationship between the time resolution and the synchronous position is obtained.
