線性恒流LED驅(qū)動芯片的設(shè)計與研究

【摘要】:LED作為新一代綠色光源,是當(dāng)前照明領(lǐng)域研究熱點,隨著LED應(yīng)用越來越廣泛,市場也對LED應(yīng)用提出了低成本、高效率、高PF值、易于調(diào)光等要求。隨著研究的深入,LED驅(qū)動方式越來越多樣化,性能越來越優(yōu)良。近年來,分段線性恒流LED驅(qū)動技術(shù)迅速發(fā)展,顯示了極大的應(yīng)用價值。本文在現(xiàn)有單開關(guān)線性恒流LED驅(qū)動技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行改進(jìn),提出了高階分段線性恒流LED驅(qū)動電路結(jié)構(gòu),基于0.35um線寬700V高壓BCD工藝,設(shè)計了一款LED驅(qū)動芯片。本文深入地研究了各種LED驅(qū)動技術(shù),確定了高階分段線性恒流LED驅(qū)動方式。然后研究了芯片的整體架構(gòu),并設(shè)計了帶溫度補(bǔ)償?shù)膸痘鶞?zhǔn)電路,可在不增加電路結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜度的前提下,使過溫保護(hù)效果更好;同時設(shè)計了帶線電壓補(bǔ)償?shù)膮⒖荚措娐?可有效抑制壓閃,使得功率在一定電壓范圍內(nèi)基本保持不變。本文基于設(shè)定指標(biāo),對整體電路進(jìn)行設(shè)計分析、仿真驗證,同時進(jìn)行版圖設(shè)計和后仿真,并且對樣片進(jìn)行了測試。實際測試結(jié)果表明:芯片驅(qū)動功率達(dá)到20W,驅(qū)動效率達(dá)到95%,相比現(xiàn)有芯片分別提高了25%、10%;同時在保證PF值為0.85基礎(chǔ)上,有效改善了壓閃,使得每10V功率變化小于0.1W。測試表明本文研究的線性恒流LED驅(qū)動芯片在多項性能指標(biāo)上超越了傳統(tǒng)的AC/DC開關(guān)電源和分段線性恒流驅(qū)動芯片。
[Abstract]:As a new generation of green light source, LED is the research hotspot in the field of lighting. With the increasing application of LED, the market has put forward low cost, high efficiency and high PF value for LED applications. With more and more diversified driving modes and better performance, the piecewise linear constant current (LED) drive technology has developed rapidly in recent years. This paper improves the single switch linear constant current LED driver technology and proposes a high order piecewise linear constant current LED drive circuit structure. Based on the 0.35um line width 700V high voltage BCD process, a LED driver chip is designed. In this paper, various LED driver technologies are deeply studied. The high-order piecewise linear constant-current LED drive mode is determined. Then the overall architecture of the chip is studied and the bandgap reference circuit with temperature compensation is designed which can not increase the complexity of the circuit structure. The effect of over-temperature protection is better; At the same time, the reference source circuit with linear voltage compensation is designed, which can effectively suppress the flashover and make the power remain basically unchanged in a certain voltage range. Based on the set index, the whole circuit is designed and analyzed in this paper. Simulation verification, layout design and post-simulation, and the sample is tested. The actual test results show that the chip drive power up to 20W, driving efficiency of 95%. Compared with the existing chips, the two chips are increased by 25% and 10% respectively; At the same time, on the basis of ensuring PF value of 0.85, the flashover can be improved effectively. The test results show that the linear constant current LED driver chip studied in this paper is superior to the traditional AC/DC switching power supply and piecewise linear constant current drive core in many performance indexes.
