【摘要】：該課題是根據(jù)自己在外面工作的實(shí)際項(xiàng)目來選題并做的設(shè)計(jì),題目嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)且符合現(xiàn)公司既得利益,為公司以后的消費(fèi)電子產(chǎn)品的改良設(shè)計(jì)提供很好的理論依據(jù)及相應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)思路。目前深圳或者沿海的大多數(shù)制造業(yè)公司在經(jīng)濟(jì)下行的態(tài)勢(shì)下很難抽出雄厚的資金投入到新產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)之中,而產(chǎn)品的改良設(shè)計(jì)是不需要很大量的資金投入并且能取得相當(dāng)不錯(cuò)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,故相當(dāng)一部分企業(yè)都選擇在企業(yè)原有的產(chǎn)品上進(jìn)行改良設(shè)計(jì)。在改良設(shè)計(jì)這一領(lǐng)域前面的學(xué)者已經(jīng)有較為普遍的理論研究,但是隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,新技術(shù)新材料的應(yīng)用原有的改良設(shè)計(jì)方法以及一系列的理論支持已經(jīng)很難滿足當(dāng)下產(chǎn)品的改良設(shè)計(jì)的需求。須迫在通過探究新形勢(shì)下產(chǎn)品改良設(shè)計(jì),在當(dāng)前的新技術(shù)支撐下如何有效性的進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)改良設(shè)計(jì)、外觀改良設(shè)計(jì)、表面處理的改良設(shè)計(jì)等一系列的改良問題。通過分析過去的優(yōu)秀的設(shè)計(jì)和失敗的案例探索一些的新理論基礎(chǔ)。其中改良設(shè)計(jì)的提出更明確是對(duì)產(chǎn)品的改良也就再設(shè)計(jì),最終目的是有一個(gè)有效的解決方案,為企業(yè)提供相應(yīng)的改良設(shè)計(jì)意見,并且收集到自己的理論依據(jù)之中,方便日后自己在設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用。創(chuàng)新型設(shè)計(jì)所帶來空前的經(jīng)濟(jì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)是一般中小企業(yè)所很難承受的,比較前衛(wèi)的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)也只是大企業(yè)所能做的事情,對(duì)于中小企業(yè)還是在常規(guī)階段對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行改良設(shè)計(jì),達(dá)到物盡其用,來適應(yīng)中小企在產(chǎn)品開發(fā)中所存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。為中小企業(yè)創(chuàng)造產(chǎn)品價(jià)值,節(jié)約產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)成本,讓企業(yè)做大做強(qiáng),最終向創(chuàng)新型設(shè)計(jì)靠攏。該課題的目的是如何系統(tǒng)地、有根據(jù)地認(rèn)識(shí)、點(diǎn)評(píng)、改良設(shè)計(jì),使其符合市場(chǎng)。這些問題是我們當(dāng)代工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)師值得深思的問題。
[Abstract]:The topic is based on their own outside work of the actual project to select topics and do the design, the title is rigorous and in line with the vested interests of the company. To provide a good theoretical basis and corresponding design ideas for the improvement design of consumer electronics products in the future. At present, most manufacturing companies in Shenzhen or coastal areas are very difficult to draw out abundant funds in the economic downturn. Invest in the R & D of new products. Therefore, quite a number of enterprises have chosen to improve the design of the original products. In the field of improved design, scholars have more general theoretical research, but with the development of society. It is necessary to explore the new situation of product improvement design. Under the support of the current new technology, how to effectively carry on the structure improvement design, the appearance improvement design. A series of improvement problems such as surface treatment improved design and so on. Through the analysis of the past excellent design and failure cases to explore some new theoretical basis. Design. The ultimate goal is to have an effective solution for the enterprise to provide corresponding improved design advice, and collect their own theoretical basis. Innovative design brings unprecedented economic risk is difficult for small and medium-sized enterprises to bear, compared with avant-garde innovative design is only the big enterprise can do. For small and medium-sized enterprises in the conventional stage of product design to achieve the best use to adapt to the risk of SMEs in product development to create product value for small and medium-sized enterprises to save product design costs. Let the enterprise become bigger and stronger, and finally close to the innovative design. The purpose of this project is how to systematically, basedly understand, comment, improve the design. Make it in line with the market. These problems are worth pondering over by our contemporary industrial designers.
