基于溫度補償?shù)亩嗤ǖ繫PPC增益穩(wěn)定性及一致性研究

【摘要】:硅光電倍增管SiPM(silicon photomultiplier tubes)作為一種新型光電轉(zhuǎn)換器件,與傳統(tǒng)的光電倍增管PMT(photomultiplier tubes)相比有工作電壓低、功耗小、集成度高、抗磁場等優(yōu)點。多像素光子計數(shù)器MPPC(multi pixels-photon counter)作為SiPM中的一種,本文通過離線分析的方法測試了一種4×4通道MPPC (Hamamatsu,C11206-0404FB(X))模塊的絕對增益,并與在線測試濱松(Hamamatsu)PMTR7725單光電子譜,進而求得其絕對增益的方法進行了比較。接著研究了MPPC增益隨偏壓、工作溫度的變化關(guān)系,并通過加入溫度補償?shù)霓k法保持了相對增益(電荷譜峰位)的穩(wěn)定性。隨后研究了MPPC各通道增益的差異性,然后通過調(diào)整各通道偏置電壓實現(xiàn)了各個通道增益的一致性。在MPPC各個通道增益一致性和穩(wěn)定性得到滿足的情況下,此種MPPC可以很好地使用在閃爍體二維位置分辨探測器的讀出電路中。總之,在探測器性能測試實驗中,確定探測器以電壓或電流脈沖形式讀出對后續(xù)電子學(xué)電路的正確配置至關(guān)重要;對單光子不靈敏的光電探測器件,在測試其絕對增益等性能參數(shù),離線允許的情況下,可以選擇離線分析的辦法;高參數(shù)示波器、數(shù)字化儀(Digitizer)、數(shù)據(jù)采集板卡作為數(shù)據(jù)采集(DAQ)硬件,搭配類似Labview等數(shù)據(jù)采集軟件,不失為一種準確、方便的實驗方法。
[Abstract]:Silicon photomultiplier tube SiPM(silicon photomultiplier is a new type of photoelectric conversion device. Compared with the traditional photomultiplier tube (PMT(photomultiplier), it has the advantages of low voltage, low power consumption and high integration. Multipixel photon counter (MPPC(multi pixels-photon counter) is one of the advantages of SiPM. In this paper, the absolute gain of a 4 脳 4 channel MPPC Hamamatsu C11206-0404FBX (X) module is tested by off-line analysis. The results are compared with the method of on-line measuring the PMTR7725 single photoelectron spectrum of Hamamatsuang, and then the absolute gain of the PMTR7725 is obtained. Then, the MPPC gain with bias voltage is studied. The stability of the relative gain (peak position of charge spectrum) is maintained by adding temperature compensation. Then the difference of gain in each channel of MPPC is studied. Then the gain consistency of each channel is realized by adjusting the bias voltage of each channel. When the gain consistency and stability of each channel of MPPC are satisfied. This kind of MPPC can be used well in the readout circuit of scintillator two-dimensional position resolution detector. Determining that the detector is read out in the form of voltage or current pulses is very important for the correct configuration of subsequent electronic circuits. For the single photon insensitive photodetector, the off-line analysis method can be chosen when the absolute gain and other performance parameters are tested, and the off-line analysis is allowed. High-parameter oscilloscope, digital instrument Digitizer, data acquisition board card as data acquisition DAQ hardware, with similar to Labview and other data acquisition software, it is a kind of accuracy. Convenient experimental method.
