【摘要】:介紹了一種將可見光圖像轉(zhuǎn)換為紅外圖像的裝置.裝置的核心器件是利用MEMS工藝制作的可見光/紅外圖像轉(zhuǎn)換芯片.紅外圖像生成裝置包括可見光圖像生成系統(tǒng)、可見光/紅外圖像轉(zhuǎn)換系統(tǒng)以及紅外圖像投影光學(xué)系統(tǒng)三部分.紅外圖像生成裝置產(chǎn)生的紅外圖像輻射波段覆蓋8~12μm,分辨率達到了20 lp/mm,可模擬溫度范圍為20~150℃,圖像非均勻性小于5%,幾何畸變小于3%.
