核電磁脈沖組合濾波器的設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)

【摘要】:早期人們對(duì)高空核爆炸產(chǎn)生的核電磁脈沖(HEMP)信號(hào)就開(kāi)始做了大量的研究成果,它的特點(diǎn)就是上升時(shí)間特別快,能量非常高,它們可以通過(guò)天線、線纜和孔縫等耦合途徑進(jìn)入通信電子系統(tǒng),從而對(duì)內(nèi)部設(shè)備以及元器件造成嚴(yán)重的干擾,甚至導(dǎo)致系統(tǒng)無(wú)法工作。因此,非常有必要對(duì)這類(lèi)電磁脈沖進(jìn)行抑制,保護(hù)后級(jí)電路不被破壞,本文主要研究核電磁脈沖對(duì)電源線的作用,為了對(duì)電源線進(jìn)行防護(hù),針對(duì)三類(lèi)核電磁脈沖信號(hào)的源特性,以及對(duì)電源線的耦合情況等因素,結(jié)合CE102測(cè)試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提出防護(hù)指標(biāo),設(shè)計(jì)出了核電磁脈沖組合電源濾波器。首先,本文分析了三類(lèi)電磁脈沖的時(shí)域、頻域特征以及能量分布的主要頻段。其次,根據(jù)傳輸線理論,選擇Agrawal模型建立方程進(jìn)行求解,得到三類(lèi)電磁脈沖在電源線上的耦合電流,并利用Matlab通過(guò)控制變量法對(duì)各變量進(jìn)行仿真,找出耦合電流的變化規(guī)律。然后,利用瞬態(tài)器件對(duì)核電磁脈沖具有抑制的作用,給出了瞬態(tài)器件的具體選擇方法,根據(jù)電源濾波器穩(wěn)態(tài)濾波電路的設(shè)計(jì)方法,主要包括插入損耗的計(jì)算,截止頻率的確定以及阻抗匹配和失配的分析等具體內(nèi)容,運(yùn)用瞬態(tài)抑制和穩(wěn)態(tài)濾波電路結(jié)合的方法,完成電源濾波器的設(shè)計(jì),在通過(guò)PSPice軟件對(duì)濾波器進(jìn)行了仿真分析,具體內(nèi)容包括插入損耗的仿真,高頻特性的仿真研究以及濾波器的幅頻特性和相頻特性的仿真等。最后,給出了220ADC/30A的核電磁脈沖組合電源濾波器的具體電路圖。
[Abstract]:Early people began to do a lot of research on the nuclear electromagnetic pulse (HEMP) signals generated by high altitude nuclear explosions. Its characteristics are that the rising time is very fast and the energy is very high. They can pass through the antenna. The coupling of cable and slot into the communication electronic system causes serious interference to the internal equipment and components, and even leads to the system unable to work. Therefore, it is very necessary to suppress this kind of electromagnetic pulse. The function of nuclear electromagnetic pulse on power line is mainly studied in this paper. In order to protect the power line, the source characteristics of three kinds of nuclear electromagnetic pulse signal are studied. As well as the coupling of power lines and other factors, combined with the CE102 test standard proposed the protection index, designed a nuclear electromagnetic pulse combination power filter. First, this paper analyzes the time domain of three kinds of electromagnetic pulses. Secondly, according to the transmission line theory, the Agrawal model is chosen to establish the equation to solve the problem, and the coupling current of three kinds of electromagnetic pulse on the power line is obtained. Matlab is used to simulate the variables through the control variable method to find out the law of the coupling current. Then, the transient devices are used to suppress the nuclear electromagnetic pulse. The selection method of transient devices is given. According to the design method of steady-state filter circuit of power filter, the calculation of insertion loss is mainly included. The determination of cutoff frequency and the analysis of impedance matching and mismatch are used to design the power filter by combining transient suppression and steady-state filter circuit. The simulation analysis of the filter is carried out by PSPice software, including the simulation of insertion loss, the simulation of high frequency characteristic, and the simulation of the amplitude frequency and phase frequency characteristics of the filter. Finally. The circuit diagram of 220 A DC / 30 A nuclear electromagnetic pulse combined power supply filter is given.
