基于MOS電阻陣列的紅外場景仿真系統(tǒng)驅(qū)動技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著紅外探測技術(shù)和目標識別與跟蹤技術(shù)的結(jié)合,紅外探測系統(tǒng)正向著高分辨率、高實時性和智能化方向發(fā)展。在紅外系統(tǒng)的研制過程中,急需一種仿真系統(tǒng)在實驗室中模擬各種紅外場景,對紅外探測系統(tǒng)探測效果進行評價并對目標識別與跟蹤算法的效果進行測試,以減少外場實驗次數(shù),縮短研發(fā)周期,節(jié)約研制成本。本文首先介紹了動態(tài)紅外場景半物理仿真系統(tǒng)以及紅外場景投射器件的國內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,然后給出了基于MOS電阻陣列的動態(tài)紅外場景仿真系統(tǒng)中驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計方案。詳細介紹了MOS電阻陣列驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)的硬件電路各個模塊的設(shè)計,解決了跨時鐘域以及異步時鐘信號同步、32路DAC輸出同步問題,結(jié)合MOS電阻陣列驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)上位機軟件流程圖介紹了MOS電阻陣列數(shù)據(jù)處理與發(fā)送以及環(huán)境監(jiān)視上位機軟件設(shè)計過程,并給出了全自動閉環(huán)環(huán)境監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)軟件架構(gòu)。對MOS電阻陣列驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)硬件的各個模塊以及軟件的功能進行了測試,最后將MOS電阻陣列驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)與MOS電阻陣列組件對接,進行動態(tài)紅外場景投射測試,并測量了MOS電阻陣列模擬溫度與控制電壓的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the combination of infrared detection technology and target recognition and tracking technology, infrared detection system is developing towards high resolution, high real-time and intelligent. There is an urgent need for a simulation system to simulate various infrared scenes in the laboratory to evaluate the detection effect of the infrared detection system and to test the effect of the target recognition and tracking algorithm in order to reduce the number of field experiments. This paper first introduces the dynamic infrared scene semi-physical simulation system and infrared scene projection devices at home and abroad. Then the design scheme of the driving system in the dynamic infrared scene simulation system based on MOS resistor array is given. The design of each module of the hardware circuit of the MOS resistor array driving system is introduced in detail. The problem of synchronizing 32 DAC outputs across clock domain and asynchronous clock signal is solved. Combined with the software flow chart of MOS resistor array drive system, the software design process of MOS resistor array data processing and sending and environment monitoring is introduced. The software architecture of the automatic close-loop environment monitoring system is given. The hardware modules and software functions of the MOS resistance array drive system are tested. Finally, the MOS resistor array driving system is docked with the MOS resistor array module, and the dynamic infrared scene projection test is carried out, and the relationship between the simulated temperature of the MOS resistor array and the control voltage is measured.
