【摘要】:凍干制品灌裝過程極易使西林瓶出現(xiàn)裂紋,裂紋及塞子與瓶口裝配不緊等都會導致空氣進入西林瓶內(nèi),使瓶內(nèi)的藥品變質(zhì)或變性;诳烧{(diào)諧半導體激光吸收光譜(TDLAS)技術建立了西林瓶檢漏測量系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)可對西林瓶的密封性實現(xiàn)快速無干擾檢測。通過分析參考光路與探測光路中水蒸氣的物質(zhì)的量分數(shù)差Δx與參考光路中水蒸氣的物質(zhì)的量分數(shù)xr之間的關系,得到了不同濕度環(huán)境下的檢測閾值。首先對該系統(tǒng)的測量精度進行了驗證,結(jié)果表明測量標準誤差小于0.007%;然后在xr分別為1.29%、1.33%、1.89%、2.20%時,對10個西林瓶進行檢測,4號和8號西林瓶在不同xr下的Δx均大于對應的閾值,判定為泄漏瓶,與實際泄漏情況相吻合。
[Abstract]:The filling process of freeze-dried products can easily lead to cracks in the cylinder, cracks and the improper assembly of the plug and the mouth of the bottle will lead to the air entering the cylinder. Based on the tunable semiconductor laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) technique, a leak detection system for the cylinder was established. The system can be used to detect the seal of the cylinder quickly and without interference. By analyzing the difference between the quantity fraction 螖 x of the reference light path and the quantity fraction of the water vapor substance in the reference light path and the quantity fraction x r of the water vapor substance in the reference light path, Relationship. The detection threshold in different humidity environment is obtained. Firstly, the measurement accuracy of the system is verified, and the result shows that the standard error is less than 0.007. Then at the time of XR 1.29 and 1.33, and 1.89 and 2.20, respectively, 10 cillin bottles were tested.
