【摘要】:紫外激光波長短、聚焦性能好及可實(shí)現(xiàn)“冷加工”的特性,使之廣泛應(yīng)用于醫(yī)療、高分辨光譜學(xué)、空間光通信、微加工等領(lǐng)域。近年來,激光二極管(Laser Diode,LD)泵浦的全固態(tài)紫外激光器(紫外DPSSL)因具有效率高、體積小、重復(fù)頻率高、性能穩(wěn)定等特點(diǎn)已成為紫外激光器的主要發(fā)展方向。但是LD對工作環(huán)境要求比較高,LD的工作溫度與工作電流相互影響,電流和溫度的波動會改變LD的輸出波長和功率,進(jìn)而影響全固態(tài)紫外激光器的輸出特性。因此,研制電流連續(xù)可調(diào)、長時間穩(wěn)定度高的恒流驅(qū)動電路和高精度溫控系統(tǒng)是實(shí)現(xiàn)紫外DPSSL工業(yè)化的關(guān)鍵一環(huán)。本文設(shè)計(jì)的LD電源,主要內(nèi)容有LD的驅(qū)動電路和高精度溫控兩部分。電源系統(tǒng)選用DSP F28335作為控制核心,由按鍵與液晶顯示面板組成的用戶界面完成對電源的控制。恒流驅(qū)動電路通過將高精度電流檢測電阻PBV-R010反饋的電壓值和設(shè)定電壓值分別輸入模擬比例-積分電路,經(jīng)過電路運(yùn)算處理輸出控制電壓,調(diào)節(jié)大功率調(diào)整管IRF150N的通斷程度來穩(wěn)定電流。此外,恒流驅(qū)動電路設(shè)有硬件、軟件雙重過流保護(hù)及延時軟啟動功能,避免損壞激光二極管。高精度溫控系統(tǒng)選用由恒流模塊驅(qū)動的半導(dǎo)體制冷器進(jìn)行制冷,制冷效率由分段積分的比例-積分-微分控制算法輸出控制量改變恒流模塊的電流值來調(diào)節(jié)。在5~26℃環(huán)境下對該電路系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行6h連續(xù)工作測試,實(shí)現(xiàn)對雙路50W大功率激光二極管的恒流驅(qū)動及恒溫控制。驅(qū)動電流調(diào)節(jié)范圍1~8.8A,在驅(qū)動電路長時間工作于7.5A時,測得電流波動≤0.01A,穩(wěn)定度達(dá)0.13%;溫控范圍為20~45℃,溫控精度達(dá)到±0.02℃。測試結(jié)果說明,本文設(shè)計(jì)的LD電源提供的恒流源和溫度控制調(diào)節(jié)范圍廣,控制精度高,能夠長時穩(wěn)定工作,對紫外DPSSL工程化發(fā)展具有一定應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:Due to its short wavelength, good focusing performance and the ability to realize "cold working", UV laser has been widely used in medical treatment, high resolution spectroscopy, space optical communication, micro-processing and other fields in recent years. The all-solid-state ultraviolet laser (DPSSL) pumped by laser diode laser diode (LDD) has high efficiency, small volume and high repetition rate. The stability of performance has become the main development direction of ultraviolet lasers, but the LD has a high working environment requirements, the operating temperature and current influence each other. The fluctuation of current and temperature will change the output wavelength and power of LD, and then affect the output characteristics of all-solid-state UV laser. The constant current drive circuit with high stability for a long time and the high precision temperature control system are the key link to realize the industrialization of UV DPSSL. The LD power supply is designed in this paper. The main contents are LD driving circuit and high precision temperature control. DSP F28335 is selected as the control core of the power supply system. The user interface composed of keystrokes and LCD panel controls the power supply. The constant current drive circuit inputs the voltage value and the set voltage value of the high precision current detection resistor PBV-R010 respectively into the simulation. Proportional-integral circuit. The output control voltage is processed by circuit operation, and the on-off degree of IRF150N is adjusted to stabilize the current. In addition, the constant current driving circuit is equipped with hardware. Software dual over current protection and delay soft start function to avoid damage to laser diode. The high precision temperature control system uses semiconductor cooler driven by constant current module to refrigerate. The refrigeration efficiency is adjusted by changing the current value of the constant-current module by the output of the proportional integral-differential control algorithm of the piecewise integral. The circuit system is tested for 6 hours at 5 ~ 26 鈩,
