【摘要】：對(duì)輪式點(diǎn)鍍模具的制造工藝進(jìn)行改進(jìn),解決模具制造精度不高、鍍區(qū)尺寸控制不嚴(yán)密及背面滲漏貴金屬等問題。解決這些問題會(huì)對(duì)降低輪式點(diǎn)鍍的生產(chǎn)成本、減少污染有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:the manufacturing process of the wheel type point plating mould is improved , the problem that the manufacturing precision of the mould is not high , the size of the plating area is not tight and the back side leakage noble metal and the like are solved , and the problems that the production cost of the wheel type point plating is reduced and the pollution is reduced .
