【摘要】:電可調(diào)濾波器作為濾波器的一種重要類型,在無線通信及電子偵察系統(tǒng)方面扮演著越來越重要的角色。如何實現(xiàn)微帶濾波器工作頻段和帶寬的可調(diào)化成為了一項極具研究價值的工作。作為實現(xiàn)電可調(diào)濾波器的方法之一,基于變?nèi)荻䴓O管的電可調(diào)濾波器以快速的電調(diào)響應,簡易的偏置電路結(jié)構(gòu),連續(xù)的頻率調(diào)諧和低廉的制作成本,在電可調(diào)濾波器的設計中廣受歡迎。本文研究的重點也正是基于變?nèi)荻䴓O管的電可調(diào)濾波器。本文首先調(diào)研電可調(diào)濾波器最新研究進展,結(jié)合微帶濾波器的設計理論和分析方法,在基于多模諧振器的結(jié)構(gòu)上,介紹了電可調(diào)濾波器的設計理論。在該理論的基礎上,本文一共設計了五款微帶濾波器,包括一款雙頻帶通濾波器,一款中心工作頻率電可調(diào)濾波器,一款中心工作頻率和帶寬全可調(diào)濾波器,一款電可調(diào)低通濾波器和一款諧波抑制范圍可調(diào)的電可調(diào)濾波器。本文設計的中心工作頻率電可調(diào)的濾波器是在雙頻帶通濾波器的基礎上,基于短路枝節(jié)線加載諧振器和一對相互耦合的四分之一波長諧振器來實現(xiàn)的。相比于現(xiàn)有電調(diào)濾波器,該濾波器將插入損耗基本控制在5dB以內(nèi)的同時,相對帶寬維持在10%以上,改善了現(xiàn)有電調(diào)雙頻濾波器的窄帶特性。本文中的全可調(diào)濾波器基于階梯阻抗諧振器結(jié)構(gòu),通過極點的調(diào)節(jié)完成對該濾波器的全可調(diào),與現(xiàn)有全可調(diào)濾波器相比,該濾波器工作頻率的平移范圍達到了 380MHz,工程應用價值較高。本文通過將截止頻率電可調(diào)的低通濾波器和中心工作頻率電可調(diào)的帶通濾波器相級聯(lián)的方法,設計了可以對電可調(diào)濾波器中動態(tài)偏移的高次諧波分量進行抑制的濾波器。與現(xiàn)有電調(diào)濾波器相比,該濾波器的諧波抑制范圍能跟隨該濾波器的中心工作頻率進行移動,高次諧波分量抑制明顯,有效提高濾波器工作中的穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:Electric tunable filter is an important type of filter. It plays a more and more important role in wireless communication and electronic reconnaissance system. How to realize the tunable frequency band and bandwidth of microstrip filter is a work of great research value. One of the methods of the device. The electric tunable filter based on varactor diode has the advantages of fast electric response, simple bias circuit structure, continuous frequency tuning and low production cost. Electric tunable filter is very popular in the design of electric tunable filter. The emphasis of this paper is also the electric tunable filter based on varactor diode. Firstly, this paper investigates the latest research progress of electric tunable filter. Combined with the design theory and analysis method of microstrip filter, this paper introduces the design theory of electric tunable filter based on the structure of multi-mode resonator. On the basis of this theory, five microstrip filters are designed in this paper. It includes a dual-frequency bandpass filter, a central operating frequency electrically adjustable filter, and a center operating frequency and bandwidth fully adjustable filter. An electrically adjustable filter with adjustable harmonic suppression range is proposed. The center frequency electrically tunable filter is based on the dual-frequency bandpass filter. It is based on the short-circuit branch loaded resonator and a pair of coupled 1/4 wavelength resonators. Compared with the existing electrically tuned filter, the insertion loss of the filter is basically controlled within 5dB at the same time. The relative bandwidth is kept above 10%, which improves the narrow band characteristics of the existing electrically tuned dual-frequency filters. The fully adjustable filters in this paper are based on the step impedance resonator structure. By adjusting the pole, the filter is fully adjustable. Compared with the existing fully adjustable filter, the frequency shift range of the filter reaches 380 MHz. The method of cascading the low pass filter with the cutoff frequency and the electrically adjustable band-pass filter with the center operating frequency is presented in this paper. The filter which can suppress the high order harmonic component of dynamic offset in the electric tunable filter is designed and compared with the existing electric tunable filter. The harmonic suppression range of the filter can move with the central working frequency of the filter, and the high order harmonic component can be suppressed obviously, and the stability of the filter can be improved effectively.
