【摘要】:近年來(lái),無(wú)線通訊設(shè)備的不斷發(fā)展,使其成為實(shí)現(xiàn)多種醫(yī)療和非醫(yī)療應(yīng)用的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。但是這類無(wú)線通訊設(shè)備多采用電池供電,這對(duì)系統(tǒng)功耗提出了很高要求。低頻喚醒技術(shù),能有效降低系統(tǒng)功耗,延長(zhǎng)電池的使用壽命。而模擬解調(diào)器作為低頻喚醒模塊中不可或缺的部分受到了越來(lái)越多的關(guān)注。本文從無(wú)線醫(yī)療監(jiān)護(hù)系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用出發(fā),研究低頻喚醒模塊的低功耗設(shè)計(jì)理論及其中模擬解調(diào)器的電路設(shè)計(jì)。完成的主要研究工作如下:(1)構(gòu)建了一種適用于幅移鍵控(ASK)調(diào)制的模擬解調(diào)器系統(tǒng),通過設(shè)計(jì)具有屏蔽帶外噪聲功能的電路如選頻放大器、整流器、帶通濾波器和具有幅值選擇功能的比較器等,最大程度上減小噪聲對(duì)解調(diào)結(jié)果的影響,提高系統(tǒng)靈敏度,保證解調(diào)的正確性。(2)采用亞閾值電路設(shè)計(jì)方法對(duì)模擬解調(diào)器中的電路進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),電路中的大多數(shù)晶體管工作在亞閾值區(qū),達(dá)到降低系統(tǒng)功耗的目的。(3)設(shè)計(jì)模擬解調(diào)器系統(tǒng)版圖,通過版圖優(yōu)化大大減小了版圖的寄生電容對(duì)電路頻率特性的影響。本設(shè)計(jì)采用SMIC公司0.18μm工藝,仿真結(jié)果顯示本文所設(shè)計(jì)的模擬解調(diào)器系統(tǒng)可以在SS/TT/FF工藝角下,溫度-40--120℃,電源電壓2.0—3.6V范圍內(nèi)對(duì)天線接收到的ASK調(diào)制信號(hào)進(jìn)行正確解調(diào),系統(tǒng)檢測(cè)靈敏度可以達(dá)到1mVPP,在典型工作環(huán)境下(電源電壓3.3V,工作溫度27℃),正常工作時(shí)系統(tǒng)功耗低于3.3μA。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of wireless communication equipment, it has become the key technology to realize a variety of medical and non-medical applications, but most of these wireless communication devices use battery power. The low frequency wake-up technology can effectively reduce the power consumption of the system. As an indispensable part of low-frequency wake-up module, analog demodulator has attracted more and more attention. This paper starts from the application of wireless medical monitoring system. The low power design theory of low frequency wake-up module and the circuit design of analog demodulator are studied. The main research work is as follows: 1) A kind of ASK for amplitude shift keying is constructed. A modulated analog demodulator system. By designing circuits with the function of shielding out-of-band noise, such as frequency-selecting amplifier, rectifier, bandpass filter and comparator with amplitude selection function, the influence of noise on demodulation results is minimized. Improve the sensitivity of the system to ensure the correctness of the demodulation. 2) the sub-threshold circuit design method is used to design the circuits in analog demodulator, most of the transistors in the circuit work in the sub-threshold region. To achieve the purpose of reducing the power consumption of the system, the layout of the analog demodulator system is designed. The influence of parasitic capacitance on the frequency characteristics of the circuit is greatly reduced by layout optimization. This design adopts SMIC 0.18 渭 m process. The simulation results show that the analog demodulator system designed in this paper can be used at the temperature of -40--120 鈩,
