【摘要】:當(dāng)前正值工業(yè)工程自動(dòng)化蓬勃發(fā)展的時(shí)期,自動(dòng)化工業(yè)的發(fā)展引起了對(duì)測(cè)控工具的廣泛需求。在很多大行程測(cè)量定位場(chǎng)合,如水塔水位測(cè)控,水閘開度測(cè)控等,直接使用直線測(cè)控工具非常困難,使用增量式編碼器或單圈絕對(duì)式編碼器容易產(chǎn)生掉電信息丟失現(xiàn)象或量程不足,并且不容易重復(fù)進(jìn)行零點(diǎn)標(biāo)定。使用多圈絕對(duì)式編碼器通過測(cè)量轉(zhuǎn)過的圈數(shù)和角度,間接獲得直線行程及位置的方法可以解決上述問題。而目前多圈編碼器大都制造難度大,成本高,價(jià)格昂貴,使用范圍大大受到限制。本文通過使用高性價(jià)比的磁旋轉(zhuǎn)編碼芯片AS5045與減速裝置相結(jié)合,設(shè)計(jì)了大量程,高分辨率,高轉(zhuǎn)速,高穩(wěn)定性,低成本的新型多圈絕對(duì)式編碼器。它的高性能,低成本,低價(jià)格,可以大大推動(dòng)多圈編碼器在更廣泛的領(lǐng)域得到應(yīng)用。文章首先分析了編碼器的現(xiàn)狀,并介紹了本文開發(fā)的多圈絕對(duì)式編碼器的核心器件AS5045芯片,闡述了此多圈編碼器的原理及結(jié)構(gòu)并討論了減速機(jī)構(gòu)的選擇。本文對(duì)此編碼器從機(jī)械傳動(dòng)和電路兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析設(shè)計(jì)。在機(jī)械傳動(dòng)部分針對(duì)編碼器系統(tǒng)的大傳動(dòng)比、小慣量的要求對(duì)傳動(dòng)齒輪組進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。同時(shí)進(jìn)行了力學(xué)分析,推導(dǎo)了傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)公式。還詳細(xì)分析了齒輪組的傳動(dòng)誤差的產(chǎn)生和影響,及傳動(dòng)誤差的組成和大小。在電路部分,設(shè)計(jì)了AS5045組合采樣模塊和數(shù)據(jù)處理器模塊及數(shù)據(jù)通信接口模塊;軟件上設(shè)計(jì)了數(shù)據(jù)傳輸、數(shù)據(jù)處理程序。最終達(dá)到單圈分辨率為212,圈數(shù)達(dá)到4096圈。
[Abstract]:At present, with the rapid development of industrial engineering automation, the development of automation industry has caused a widespread demand for measurement and control tools, such as water tower water level measurement and control, sluice opening measurement and control and so on. It is very difficult to use straight-line measurement and control tools directly. Incremental encoder or single-loop absolute encoder is easy to cause loss of power information or insufficient measuring range. And it is not easy to repeat the 00:00 calibration. By measuring the number of turns and angles, a multi-cycle absolute encoder is used. The method of obtaining the straight line stroke and position indirectly can solve the above problem. At present, most of the multi-loop encoders are difficult to manufacture, high cost and expensive. The range of application is greatly limited. This paper designs a large range, high resolution, high speed and high stability by using the high performance-price ratio magnetic rotation coding chip AS5045 and the deceleration device. Low-cost multi-loop absolute encoder, its high performance, low cost, low price, can greatly promote the application of multi-loop encoder in a wider field. Firstly, this paper analyzes the status of the encoder. The core device AS5045 chip of the multi-loop absolute encoder developed in this paper is also introduced. This paper expounds the principle and structure of the multi-ring encoder and discusses the selection of the deceleration mechanism. This paper analyzes and designs the encoder in detail from two aspects: mechanical transmission and circuit. In the mechanical transmission part, it is aimed at the encoder system. The big transmission ratio. At the same time, the mechanical analysis is carried out, the dynamic formula of transmission mechanism system is deduced, and the generation and influence of transmission error of gear group are analyzed in detail. In the circuit part, the AS5045 combined sampling module, the data processor module and the data communication interface module are designed. The software designed data transmission, data processing program. Finally, the resolution of single cycle is 212, and the number of cycles is 4096 cycles.
