【摘要】:研究了以煤油作為捕收劑和載體回收硅片切割廢料中碳化硅的雙液浮選工藝。研究捕收劑用量、pH值、固液比及粒度對回收碳化硅純度的影響。通過單因素及正交試驗,綜合考慮極差分析和方差分析的結(jié)果,確定最優(yōu)工藝條件為:捕收劑用量50 mL·g~(-1)、pH值為8.3、固液比為3∶400 g·mL~(-1)、粒度8.636μm,此條件下回收的碳化硅純度達(dá)到99.08%。采用雙液浮選工藝回收太陽能硅片切割廢料中的碳化硅粉體具有顯著的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會效益。
[Abstract]:The double liquid flotation process for recovering silicon carbide from silicon wafer cutting waste with kerosene as collector and carrier was studied. The amount of collector and pH value were studied. The effects of solid-liquid ratio and particle size on the purity of recovered silicon carbide were studied. The results of range analysis and variance analysis were considered synthetically by single factor and orthogonal test. The optimum technological conditions are determined as follows: the dosage of collector is 50 mL 路g ~ (-1), the pH value is 8.3, the ratio of solid to liquid is 3: 400 g 路mL ~ (-1), and the particle size is 8.636 渭 m. Under this condition, the purity of the recovered silicon carbide is 99.08. It has remarkable economic and social benefits to recover the silicon carbide powder from the cutting waste of solar silicon wafer by using the two-liquid flotation process.
