快速可調(diào)諧摻鐿光纖激光器的研究

【摘要】:光纖激光器具有光束質(zhì)量好、集成化程度高及維護方便等優(yōu)點,可調(diào)諧光纖激光器在測量、通信及檢測等領(lǐng)域具有良好的應(yīng)用前景。摻Y(jié)b~(3+)光纖具有很寬的熒光光譜(975nm~1200nm),理論上可以實現(xiàn)較大調(diào)諧范圍的激光輸出。本文利用摻Y(jié)b~(3+)光纖的寬熒光光譜特性和電光濾波器(EOTF)快速時間響應(yīng)特性,設(shè)計了快速調(diào)諧摻Y(jié)b~(3+)光纖激光器并進行實驗,對激光器快速調(diào)諧時間響應(yīng)、調(diào)諧激光輸出、激光器功率及脈沖特性等參量進行了理論模擬分析和實驗研究,實現(xiàn)了激光器多波長激光的快速調(diào)諧輸出,平均輸出功率14.8mW。具體內(nèi)容如下:(1)綜合討論了可調(diào)諧光纖激光器在光束質(zhì)量及維護等方面的優(yōu)點和良好應(yīng)用前景。從摻Y(jié)b~(3+)光纖、泵浦耦合方式、諧振腔設(shè)計和調(diào)諧技術(shù)等各方面分析了可調(diào)諧光纖激光器的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),為快速可調(diào)諧光纖激光器設(shè)計提供理論基礎(chǔ)。(2)分析了摻Y(jié)b~(3+)光纖激光器的能級結(jié)構(gòu)、吸收和熒光光譜特性,結(jié)合EOTF的濾波及動態(tài)響應(yīng)特性建立了快速調(diào)諧光纖激光器速率方程理論模型,對激光器快速調(diào)諧的動態(tài)特性進行數(shù)值模擬。模擬結(jié)果表明激光器振蕩激光波長轉(zhuǎn)換需要上百納秒的渡越時間,轉(zhuǎn)換時間特性受泵浦功率、波長差及濾波器件參數(shù)等因素綜合影響。(3)在理論模擬分析基礎(chǔ)上,利用EOTF設(shè)計環(huán)形腔快速調(diào)諧光纖激光器并進行實驗。實驗中對激光器自發(fā)輻射譜、輸出功率、調(diào)諧激光輸出等參數(shù)進行了測試,在1052nm~1073nm內(nèi)得到系列波長激光快速調(diào)諧輸出,平均輸出功率14.8mW。本文采用電光濾波器設(shè)計了快速調(diào)諧摻Y(jié)b~(3+)環(huán)形腔光纖激光器并進了理論和實驗研究,為實現(xiàn)快速調(diào)諧光纖激光器的開發(fā)提供指導(dǎo),對檢測領(lǐng)域激光光源的發(fā)展特別是瞬態(tài)信號檢測激光光源的發(fā)展具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Fiber laser has the advantages of good beam quality, high degree of integration and easy maintenance. Tunable fiber laser is in measurement. Yb~(3 doped fiber has a wide fluorescence spectrum of 975 nm ~ (1 200 nm). Laser output with a large tuning range can be achieved theoretically. In this paper, the characteristics of wide fluorescence spectrum of Yb~(3 doped fiber and fast time response of electro optic filter (EOTF) are used. The fast tuning Yb~(3 doped fiber laser is designed and experimented. The fast tuning time response and tuning laser output are obtained. The parameters such as laser power and pulse characteristics are analyzed theoretically and experimentally. The fast tuning output of multi-wavelength laser is realized. The average output power is 14.8mW.The detailed contents are as follows: 1) the advantages and good application prospects of tunable fiber laser in beam quality and maintenance are discussed. Yb~(3 doped fiber is introduced. The key technologies of tunable fiber laser are analyzed in terms of pump coupling mode, cavity design and tuning technology. The energy level structure, absorption and fluorescence spectra of Yb~(3 doped fiber laser are analyzed. Based on the filtering and dynamic response characteristics of EOTF, a theoretical model of fast tuning fiber laser rate equation is established. The simulation results show that the wavelength conversion of laser oscillation requires hundreds of nanosecond transition time and the conversion time characteristic is pumped power. On the basis of theoretical simulation and analysis, the influence of wavelength difference and filter parameters is comprehensive. Using EOTF to design a fast tuning fiber laser with ring cavity, the spontaneous emission spectrum, output power and tunable laser output parameters of the laser are measured in the experiment. A series of fast tunable wavelength laser output is obtained at 1073 nm in 1052 nm. The average output power is 14.8 MW. In this paper, a fast tuning Yb~(3 doped fiber laser with Yb~(3 is designed and studied theoretically and experimentally. In order to realize the development of fast tuning fiber laser, it is of great significance to the development of laser light source in the field of detection, especially the development of transient signal detection laser light source.
