【摘要】：定向耦合器是一種具有方向性的功率分配器件,在微波通信領(lǐng)域具有廣泛的應(yīng)用。傳統(tǒng)耦合微帶線定向耦合器難以實(shí)現(xiàn)強(qiáng)耦合且在某些應(yīng)用中會(huì)增加電路復(fù)雜性,產(chǎn)生寄生效應(yīng)。定向跨耦合器是近些年提出的新型定向耦合器,該器件能夠通過加載其他元件實(shí)現(xiàn)強(qiáng)耦合,并有效避免某些應(yīng)用中傳統(tǒng)耦合微帶線定向耦合器的線路交叉問題,減小寄生效應(yīng),在有源電路里可實(shí)現(xiàn)DC阻塞,從而比傳統(tǒng)耦合微帶線定向耦合器具有更優(yōu)越性能,因此對(duì)定向跨耦合器性能的研究也越來越熱門。本文通過微波網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論研究定向跨耦合器信號(hào)傳輸?shù)膶?shí)現(xiàn)條件,利用奇偶模分析,提出不同加載方案進(jìn)行定向跨耦合器的設(shè)計(jì)。通過不同的加載方案實(shí)現(xiàn)定向跨耦合器方向性的改善,并減小定向跨耦合器的尺寸,更有利于器件集成。同時(shí)針對(duì)周期加載方案不能實(shí)現(xiàn)弱耦合定向跨耦合器的問題,提出弱耦合定向跨耦合器的設(shè)計(jì)方案。而后列舉定向跨耦合器的一些實(shí)際應(yīng)用,并對(duì)比分析其與傳統(tǒng)耦合微帶線定向耦合器的優(yōu)勢所在。本文根據(jù)奇偶模分析理論,分析并設(shè)計(jì)了不同耦合度的定向跨耦合器,在保持其基本性能不變的前提下,有效地將其尺寸縮小55%。同時(shí)根據(jù)定向跨耦合器信號(hào)傳輸特點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)并制作了多種新型應(yīng)用拓展。
[Abstract]:Directional coupler is a directional power divider. Traditional coupled microstrip line directional coupler is difficult to realize strong coupling and will increase circuit complexity in some applications. Directional transcoupler is a new type of directional coupler proposed in recent years, which can realize strong coupling by loading other elements. The circuit crossing problem of traditional coupled microstrip line directional coupler is avoided and parasitic effect is reduced. DC blocking can be realized in active circuit. Therefore, the performance of the coupler is better than that of the traditional coupling microstrip line directional coupler. Therefore, the research on the performance of directional transcoupler is becoming more and more popular. In this paper, the realization condition of signal transmission of directional transcoupler is studied by microwave network theory, and the odd-even mode analysis is used. Different loading schemes are proposed to design directional transcoupler. The directional transcoupler directivity is improved by different loading schemes and the size of directional transcoupler is reduced. At the same time, the periodic loading scheme can not realize weakly coupled directional cross-coupler. The design scheme of weakly coupled directional transcoupler is presented, and some practical applications of directional transcoupler are listed. The advantages of the coupler compared with the traditional coupling microstrip line directional coupler are analyzed and analyzed. According to the theory of odd-even mode analysis, the directional transcoupler with different coupling degree is analyzed and designed. On the premise of keeping its basic performance unchanged, it can effectively reduce its size by 55. At the same time, a variety of new applications are designed and expanded according to the characteristics of directional transcoupler signal transmission.
