【摘要】:提出了一種應(yīng)用于壓電制動(dòng)器的微位移放大機(jī)構(gòu),該機(jī)構(gòu)以疊層壓電陶瓷為驅(qū)動(dòng)元件,通過基于三角形放大原理的柔性鉸鏈放大機(jī)構(gòu),放大疊層壓電陶瓷的輸出位移。分析了放大機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng)及放大機(jī)理,建立了制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的力學(xué)模型,并利用ANSYS軟件建立機(jī)構(gòu)有限元模型進(jìn)行仿真,在試制樣機(jī)上對(duì)其輸出特性進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)。實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,該機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)疊層壓電陶瓷輸出位移的放大倍數(shù)為3.2倍,與有限元仿真得到的放大倍數(shù)4倍相近,一階固有頻率為1 814Hz,最大輸出力為44.1N(150V電壓下),且該機(jī)構(gòu)線性良好、分辨率高、遲滯效應(yīng)較小。
[Abstract]:The micro displacement amplification mechanism applied to a piezoelectric actuator, the mechanism of laminated piezoelectric ceramic as driving element by magnifying mechanism with flexible hinges based on triangle amplification principle, output displacement amplification of laminated piezoelectric ceramic is analyzed. And on the mechanism of amplification mechanism movement, established the mechanical model of braking system, and the establishment of finite element model of mechanism simulation using ANSYS software, the prototype of the output characteristics were studied. The experimental results show that, the magnification of laminated piezoelectric ceramic output displacement of the mechanism for 3.2 times, and the finite element simulation of the magnification of 4 is similar to that of the first order natural frequency is 1 814Hz, the maximum output power is 44.1N (150V voltage), and the mechanism of good linearity, high resolution, small hysteresis effect.
