【摘要】:伴隨功率開關(guān)管制造水平的提高,大量功率電路的應(yīng)用改變了人們的生活,但隨之而來的卻是電網(wǎng)電流諧波含量顯著增加的問題。當(dāng)今,,有源電力濾波技術(shù)是解決電網(wǎng)中電能質(zhì)量問題的有效手段之一,該系統(tǒng)可以跟蹤電網(wǎng)中頻率和幅值均變化的諧波,并且進(jìn)行有效補(bǔ)償。其中,并聯(lián)型有源電力濾波器在該領(lǐng)域占據(jù)著主流地位,是各國學(xué)者研究的重點。 本文在對許多科技文獻(xiàn)的認(rèn)真研究與對比分析之后,詳細(xì)闡述了有源電力濾波器的研究進(jìn)展及發(fā)展趨勢。通過分析傳統(tǒng)逆變電路的不足,以及對雙降壓逆變電路的研究,提出了將雙降壓式逆變電路應(yīng)用于三相三線制并聯(lián)型有源電力濾波器中。雙降壓逆變電路由于沒有開關(guān)管的串聯(lián),有效防止橋臂直通,省去傳統(tǒng)逆變電路所必需的死區(qū)電路。對于諧波檢測算法,詳細(xì)推導(dǎo)了比較新穎的FBD諧波檢測法,同時將其與目前比較常用的ip-iq諧波電流檢測法進(jìn)行比較,通過原理分析和推導(dǎo),發(fā)現(xiàn)上述兩種方法在算法思想上是一致的。但FBD諧波電流檢測算法沒有矩陣變換,結(jié)構(gòu)簡潔,易于編程。對于電流控制算法,選用工程中應(yīng)用廣泛的三角波線性控制,并針對主電路結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行算法優(yōu)化,設(shè)計了基于FBD檢測法的雙降壓式三相有源電力濾波器。 對系統(tǒng)主要元件取值范圍進(jìn)行了理論推導(dǎo)與數(shù)學(xué)計算,利用電力系統(tǒng)分析中常用的PSCAD/EMTDC仿真軟件進(jìn)行仿真分析,建立了仿真模型系統(tǒng)。在穩(wěn)態(tài)情況下,研究了其對于阻感和阻容非線性負(fù)載的補(bǔ)償情況;在動態(tài)情況下,研究了系統(tǒng)對于阻感負(fù)載的補(bǔ)償能力,仿真結(jié)果說明了本文所設(shè)計系統(tǒng)的正確性。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文搭建了三相雙降壓式有源電力濾波器硬件實驗平臺。實驗結(jié)果表明基于FBD檢測法的雙降壓式有源電力濾波器可以對電網(wǎng)中的諧波分量進(jìn)行有效的補(bǔ)償,投入使用后電網(wǎng)電能質(zhì)量顯著提高,實現(xiàn)既定目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of power switch manufacturing level, the application of a large number of power circuits has changed people's lives, but followed by a significant increase in the power grid current harmonic content. Active power filter is one of the effective methods to solve the power quality problem in power network. The system can track the harmonics with varying frequency and amplitude and compensate effectively. Shunt active power filter (shunt active power filter) occupies the mainstream position in this field and is the focus of scholars all over the world. After careful research and comparative analysis of many scientific and technological documents, this paper expounds the research progress and development trend of active power filter in detail, and analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional inverter circuit. As well as the research of double step-down inverter circuit, it is put forward that the double step-down inverter circuit is applied to the three-phase three-wire shunt active power filter. The double step-down inverter circuit has no switching tube in series. Effectively prevent the bridge arm through, and eliminate the dead time circuit necessary for the traditional inverter circuit. For the harmonic detection algorithm, a novel FBD harmonic detection method is derived in detail. At the same time, it is compared with the current ip-iq harmonic current detection method, through the principle analysis and derivation. It is found that the above two methods are consistent in the algorithm, but the FBD harmonic current detection algorithm has no matrix transformation, simple structure, easy to program, for the current control algorithm. The triangulation wave linear control which is widely used in engineering is selected and the algorithm is optimized for the main circuit structure. A dual-step-down three-phase active power filter based on FBD detection method is designed. The value range of the main components of the system is deduced and calculated in theory, and the simulation analysis is carried out by using the PSCAD/EMTDC simulation software commonly used in power system analysis. The simulation model system is established. In the steady state, the compensation of resistive and resistive nonlinear loads is studied. Under the dynamic condition, the compensation ability of the system to the resistive load is studied, and the simulation results show the correctness of the system designed in this paper. In this paper, a hardware experimental platform of three-phase dual-step-down active power filter is built. The experimental results show that the dual-step-down active power filter based on FBD detection method can effectively compensate the harmonic components in the power network. After put into use, the power quality of the power grid has been improved significantly, and the established goal has been achieved.
