【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,日常生活中信息的安全問題變得越來越受關(guān)注。光纖通信作為當(dāng)前的主流傳輸方式之一,顯然基于光纖通信的保密研究顯得尤為重要。由于半導(dǎo)體激光器(SLs)輸出的混沌信號(hào)能夠很好的應(yīng)用于光纖保密通信、混沌雷達(dá)和光邏輯門等領(lǐng)域,從而受到了廣大科研工作者的關(guān)注。一般而言,用于使SLs輸出混沌信號(hào)的方法主要有光電反饋、光注入、光反饋等。光反饋由于其具有能夠較容易產(chǎn)生高維復(fù)雜混沌信號(hào),一直作為SLs產(chǎn)生混沌信號(hào)的首選方案之一。通常,利用光反饋獲得的混沌信號(hào)具有明顯的時(shí)間延遲特征(TDS)。通過適當(dāng)?shù)臄?shù)學(xué)算法,竊密者可以確定保密通信系統(tǒng)的混沌延遲時(shí)間,給保密通信系統(tǒng)的安全性帶來重大威脅。垂直腔表面發(fā)射激光器(VCSELs)相比于傳統(tǒng)的邊發(fā)射激光器(EELs)具有一系列天然優(yōu)勢(shì),且VCSELs能夠同時(shí)輸出兩個(gè)相互垂直的偏振分量,這十分有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)雙通道混沌保密通信。在此非常有必要尋找一種VCSELs混沌輸出TDS抑制的系統(tǒng)方案。本文提出了在VCSELs中引入可變偏振濾波光反饋(VPFOF)實(shí)現(xiàn)輸出混沌信號(hào)TDS抑制的系統(tǒng)方案。利用自旋反轉(zhuǎn)模型(SFM)、自相關(guān)函數(shù)(SF)和排列熵算法(PE)對(duì)VPFOF-VCSEL系統(tǒng)混沌輸出的TDS進(jìn)行計(jì)算。結(jié)果表明:在固定其它反饋參數(shù)的情況下,通過分別改變VPFOF-VCSEL系統(tǒng)的反饋強(qiáng)度和可變偏振角度,得出VPFOF-VCSEL系統(tǒng)中的反饋強(qiáng)度和可變偏振角度對(duì)其輸出混沌信號(hào)的TDS有很大影響,且在選擇適當(dāng)?shù)姆答亸?qiáng)度、可變偏振角度和濾波器半高半寬,VPFOF-VCSEL系統(tǒng)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)X偏振分量(X-PC)和Y偏振分量(Y-PC)的TDS同時(shí)抑制。接下來,通過分別模擬計(jì)算反饋強(qiáng)度和可變偏振角度以及反饋強(qiáng)度和濾波器半高半寬的空間演化圖,得到了VPFOF-VCSEL系統(tǒng)輸出X-PC和Y-PC的TDS同時(shí)抑制的區(qū)域。最后,將VPFOF-VCSEL混沌系統(tǒng)分別與可變偏振鏡子光反饋(VPMOF)VCSEL混沌系統(tǒng)和偏振保持濾波光反饋(PPFOF)VCSEL混沌系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,在優(yōu)化參數(shù)下,VPFOF-VCSEL系統(tǒng)能夠更加容易實(shí)現(xiàn)X-PC和Y-PC的TDS同時(shí)抑制。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, information security issues in daily life become more and more attention. As one of the main optical fiber communication transmission current, apparently based on secret research on optical fiber communication is very important. Because of the semiconductor laser (SLs) chaotic signal in optical fiber communication can very good application output, and radar optical logic gate field of chaos, thus by the majority of the attention of scientists. In general, the SLs output method for chaotic signals are mainly optoelectronic feedback and optical injection, optical feedback. By optical feedback which can easily generate complex high-dimensional chaotic signal, has been as one of the first scheme for SLs generating chaotic signal. Usually, with obvious time delay characteristics of chaotic signals obtained with optical feedback (TDS). By mathematic algorithm, QieMi can determine the secure communication system Time delay chaotic system, pose a major threat to the security of secure communication system. The vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSELs) compared with the traditional edge emitting laser (EELs) has a series of natural advantages, and VCSELs can simultaneously output two mutually perpendicular polarization, which is conducive to the realization of dual channel chaos this communication is very necessary to find out a VCSELs chaotic output TDS suppression system scheme is put forward in this paper. The introduction of variable polarization filter in VCSELs optical feedback (VPFOF) scheme of TDS output chaotic signal suppression. The spin flip model (SFM), autocorrelation function (SF) and permutation entropy (PE) the chaotic output VPFOF-VCSEL system TDS were calculated. The results show that under the fixed other feedback parameters, the feedback intensity and variable polarization angle change VPFOF-VCSEL system, the VPFOF- Has a great influence on the feedback strength and variable polarization angle in VCSEL system on the output of chaotic signal TDS, and in the selection of appropriate feedback intensity, polarization angle and variable filter half half width, VPFOF-VCSEL system can realize X polarization (X-PC) and Y (Y-PC) TDS polarization component and suppression. Next, evolution through the simulation of feedback intensity and variable polarization angle and feedback intensity and half width of the filter half space, the output of the VPFOF-VCSEL system and X-PC Y-PC TDS also inhibited the area. Finally, the VPFOF-VCSEL chaotic system with variable polarization mirror optical feedback (VPMOF) VCSEL chaotic system and the polarization maintaining optical feedback filter (PPFOF) comparative analysis of VCSEL chaotic system under optimized parameters, VPFOF-VCSEL system can more easily achieve X-PC and Y-PC TDS also suppressed.
