【摘要】：工業(yè)現(xiàn)場的惡劣電磁環(huán)境對硬件電路系統(tǒng)提出了越來越高的電磁兼容性要求。為了避免電磁干擾可能導(dǎo)致的誤跳閘或誤報警等事故,探討了工業(yè)現(xiàn)場硬件系統(tǒng)的電磁兼容性設(shè)計(jì)策略。討論了電磁環(huán)境對硬件系統(tǒng)的影響與抗電磁干擾設(shè)計(jì)理念,剖析了可能的電磁干擾源與抗電磁干擾機(jī)理,針對數(shù)字電路在電磁干擾下的行為,研究了電磁兼容性設(shè)計(jì)問題。實(shí)驗(yàn)效果驗(yàn)證了電路的合理布局與布線以及良好接地是必須采取的抗電磁干擾措施。工程實(shí)踐表明:上述提出的電磁兼容性設(shè)計(jì)策略是行之有效的。
