有機(jī)酸對變壓器油紙絕緣進(jìn)一步熱老化的催化作用試驗研究

【摘要】:為研究有機(jī)酸對電力變壓器油紙絕緣進(jìn)一步熱老化的催化作用,制作了初始水分質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)均為0.4%的絕緣紙試樣和不同類型的酸性絕緣油溶液,在室溫(25℃)和90℃下,研究了酸在油紙絕緣系統(tǒng)中的溶解分布特性。接著在90℃下對油紙絕緣試樣進(jìn)行加速熱老化,測試了不同老化階段試樣的絕緣紙聚合度以及油紙絕緣試樣的極化去極化電流。結(jié)果表明:甲酸主要分布在絕緣紙中,并會導(dǎo)致紙中水分向油中擴(kuò)散,硬脂酸主要分布在絕緣油中;相比于硬脂酸,甲酸極大地加速了絕緣紙的降解速率,使極化去極化電流曲線的上移幅度也更大;甲酸酸值達(dá)到0.1×10-3、硬脂酸酸值達(dá)到0.3×10-3時會對油紙絕緣進(jìn)一步熱老化起到明顯的催化作用;在分析實際運行中影響變壓器油紙絕緣熱老化的因素時,需特別考慮甲酸等低分子強(qiáng)極性酸對油紙絕緣進(jìn)一步熱老化的催化作用。
