文章摘要:隨著可再生能源發(fā)電裝置、儲(chǔ)能設(shè)備及各種類型的電能負(fù)載的接入,傳統(tǒng)的電力系統(tǒng)設(shè)備無(wú)法滿足供電形式多樣性和能量多向流動(dòng)以及功率流的主動(dòng)調(diào)控等要求,無(wú)法適應(yīng)未來(lái)電力市場(chǎng)化的需要;陔娏﹄娮幼儞Q技術(shù)構(gòu)成的電能路由器,不但可為不同的新能源發(fā)電裝置和不同類型負(fù)載提供靈活多樣化的接口電氣形式,還可實(shí)現(xiàn)能量的多向流動(dòng)能力和對(duì)功率流的主動(dòng)控制。與信息技術(shù)的融合使電能路由器擁有通訊和智能決策能力,可根據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)以及用戶和控制中心的指令,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)電力網(wǎng)絡(luò)能量流的主動(dòng)管理。文中首先將電能路由器和信息路由器對(duì)比,,提出電能路由器的功能要求,并根據(jù)現(xiàn)有的電網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu),將電能路由器分類,分別闡釋各類電能路由器的特點(diǎn)。然后介紹目前國(guó)內(nèi)外在電能路由器領(lǐng)域的最新進(jìn)展。進(jìn)而從功率變換、信息技術(shù)兩個(gè)角度分析電能路由器的技術(shù)要求,并給出實(shí)現(xiàn)電能路由器未來(lái)需要做的工作。最后,對(duì)電能路由器的發(fā)展進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和展望。
Abstr:As the renewable energy generation, storage devices and new loads penetrate into the existing electrical grid, the conventional grid cannot meet the requirements of the variety of the electrical interfaces, multi-directional power flow ability and the active control ability of power flow. Based on power electronics, electrical energy router can provide multiple types of electric interfaces for loads and renewable generation sources, and achieve active power flow control. Combining with the information technology, the electrical router has communication ability and smart control ability. This paper introduced the functional requirements of the electrical energy router and categorization based on the structure of the existing power grid. The works by international institutes and companies were introduced. The problems and the works to be done about the electrical router were analyzed in terms of power conversion, and communication.
