低氮燃燒技術(shù)在燃煤鍋爐上的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:介紹了燃煤鍋爐NO_x的生成機理和低氮燃燒技術(shù)。對經(jīng)低氮燃燒技術(shù)改造的鍋爐進行了低氮燃燒和熱效率優(yōu)化調(diào)整試驗,分析了不同工況下鍋爐熱效率和NO_x排放情況。結(jié)果表明:鍋爐低氮燃燒器改造后,爐膛出口氧含量為3.5%~4.0%,燃盡風門開度40%~50%,上下層二次風門開度85%,中層二次風門開度30%,下層二次風門開度65%,采用"束腰"型配風方式工況下,鍋爐熱效率達到91.83%,NO_x排放濃度為431 mg/m~3,可以較好地平衡NO_x排放與鍋爐熱效率之間的關(guān)系,有利于鍋爐優(yōu)化運行。
