基于無縫接入模式的母線保護(hù)智能化改造方法

【摘要】:母差保護(hù)裝置接入支路多、運(yùn)行方式多樣、改造復(fù)雜,因此,母差保護(hù)裝置在改造過程中面臨長期停電及運(yùn)行方式不靈活等諸多問題。針對這一情況,結(jié)合現(xiàn)場多次改造經(jīng)驗(yàn),在分析現(xiàn)場具體二次回路配置的基礎(chǔ)上,分別提出基于傳統(tǒng)母線保護(hù)改造智能接口及GOOSE出口轉(zhuǎn)接的改造方案;诂F(xiàn)場多種模式情況下都可以在不改動(dòng)現(xiàn)場二次回路接線的情況下,實(shí)現(xiàn)智能站母線保護(hù)的不停電改造工作。通過該方案的應(yīng)用,解決了傳統(tǒng)站智能化改造的關(guān)鍵問題,對于推進(jìn)智能電網(wǎng)的建設(shè)具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:There are many branches connected to the bus differential protection device, the operation mode is various, and the transformation is complex. therefore, the bus differential protection device is faced with many problems, such as long-term power outage and inflexible operation mode in the process of transformation. In view of this situation, combined with the experience of many revamping in the field, on the basis of analyzing the specific secondary circuit configuration in the field, the transformation scheme based on the traditional bus protection intelligent interface and GOOSE exit transfer is put forward respectively. Under the condition of various modes in the field, the transformation of intelligent station bus protection can be realized without changing the connection of the secondary circuit on the spot. Through the application of this scheme, the key problems of intelligent transformation of traditional stations are solved, which is of great significance to promote the construction of smart grid.
