聯(lián)合循環(huán)機(jī)組停機(jī)過程的負(fù)荷分配優(yōu)化

【摘要】:為了解決聯(lián)合循環(huán)機(jī)組在天然氣氣量不足情況下,停機(jī)過程中負(fù)荷分配的經(jīng)濟(jì)性問題,基于發(fā)電量最大的原則,通過對(duì)所有機(jī)組的綜合性能進(jìn)行分析計(jì)算,在保證機(jī)組安全停機(jī)的前提下,建立了聯(lián)合循環(huán)機(jī)組的停機(jī)過程優(yōu)化模型,優(yōu)化分配各臺(tái)機(jī)組停機(jī)過程中的氣耗量;跈C(jī)組的停機(jī)過程優(yōu)化模型,設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)了計(jì)算程序,對(duì)某廠的3臺(tái)聯(lián)合循環(huán)機(jī)組在不同的升負(fù)荷率和降負(fù)荷率下的計(jì)算分析表明,升負(fù)荷率的變化對(duì)總發(fā)電量影響較小,而降負(fù)荷率的變化對(duì)總發(fā)電量的影響卻很大。當(dāng)剩余氣量為10~5 m~3時(shí),優(yōu)化后停機(jī)方案的總發(fā)電量比正常停機(jī)情況下多28.409 MW·h,年收益可增加478.692萬元。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the economic problem of load distribution in the shutdown process of combined cycle units under the condition of insufficient natural gas volume, based on the principle of maximum power generation, through the analysis and calculation of the comprehensive performance of all units, under the premise of ensuring the safe shutdown of the units, the optimization model of the shutdown process of the combined cycle units is established, and the gas consumption during the shutdown process of each unit is optimized. Based on the shutdown process optimization model of the unit, a calculation program is designed and developed. The calculation and analysis of three combined cycle units in a certain plant under different load rate and load reduction rate show that the change of load rate has little effect on the total power generation, but the change of load reduction rate has a great influence on the total power generation.
