聯(lián)合循環(huán)機組停機過程的負荷分配優(yōu)化

【摘要】:為了解決聯(lián)合循環(huán)機組在天然氣氣量不足情況下,停機過程中負荷分配的經(jīng)濟性問題,基于發(fā)電量最大的原則,通過對所有機組的綜合性能進行分析計算,在保證機組安全停機的前提下,建立了聯(lián)合循環(huán)機組的停機過程優(yōu)化模型,優(yōu)化分配各臺機組停機過程中的氣耗量;跈C組的停機過程優(yōu)化模型,設(shè)計開發(fā)了計算程序,對某廠的3臺聯(lián)合循環(huán)機組在不同的升負荷率和降負荷率下的計算分析表明,升負荷率的變化對總發(fā)電量影響較小,而降負荷率的變化對總發(fā)電量的影響卻很大。當剩余氣量為10~5 m~3時,優(yōu)化后停機方案的總發(fā)電量比正常停機情況下多28.409 MW·h,年收益可增加478.692萬元。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the economic problem of load distribution in the shutdown process of combined cycle units under the condition of insufficient natural gas volume, based on the principle of maximum power generation, through the analysis and calculation of the comprehensive performance of all units, under the premise of ensuring the safe shutdown of the units, the optimization model of the shutdown process of the combined cycle units is established, and the gas consumption during the shutdown process of each unit is optimized.
