汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組軸系周期性振動(dòng)分析及處理

【摘要】:針對(duì)某電廠2號(hào)機(jī)組長(zhǎng)期存在發(fā)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子6瓦軸振周期性振動(dòng)超標(biāo)的問(wèn)題,分析了機(jī)組振動(dòng)異常的原因和機(jī)理,闡明了碳刷與轉(zhuǎn)軸的碰摩是引起周期性振動(dòng)的主要原因,經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)集電環(huán)刷架間隙進(jìn)行調(diào)整,消除了機(jī)組在正常運(yùn)行情況下的異常振動(dòng),通過(guò)高速動(dòng)平衡降低了由于轉(zhuǎn)子熱應(yīng)力變化導(dǎo)致6瓦振動(dòng)爬升趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem that the periodic vibration of 6 watt shaft vibration of generator rotor No. 2 in a power plant exceeds the standard for a long time, this paper analyzes the causes and mechanism of abnormal vibration of the unit, and expounds that the rubbing between carbon brush and rotating shaft is the main cause of periodic vibration. Through adjusting the gap of collector ring brush frame, the abnormal vibration of the unit under normal operation is eliminated. Through high speed dynamic balance, the climbing trend of 6 watts vibration caused by the change of thermal stress of rotor is reduced.
