含分布式電源和電動(dòng)汽車(chē)的微電網(wǎng)協(xié)調(diào)控制策略

【摘要】:微電網(wǎng)中包含可再生能源和電動(dòng)汽車(chē)等不確定性電源和負(fù)載,不利于微電網(wǎng)的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行;陲L(fēng)光儲(chǔ)的微電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng),考慮電動(dòng)汽車(chē)的時(shí)空分布特性,提出一種動(dòng)態(tài)電價(jià)調(diào)整策略。根據(jù)可再生能源出力和負(fù)荷的實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù),求出當(dāng)前微電網(wǎng)中的不平衡功率,根據(jù)當(dāng)前不平衡率(UR),發(fā)布對(duì)應(yīng)的電價(jià)信息,充分調(diào)動(dòng)電動(dòng)汽車(chē)參與微電網(wǎng)的調(diào)度,實(shí)現(xiàn)微電網(wǎng)中可再生能源和電動(dòng)汽車(chē)間的協(xié)調(diào)控制。最后通過(guò)搭建微電網(wǎng)仿真模型對(duì)所提動(dòng)態(tài)電價(jià)調(diào)整策略進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,通過(guò)對(duì)比電動(dòng)汽車(chē)無(wú)序充電和有序充放電情況下微電網(wǎng)的等效負(fù)荷以及儲(chǔ)能運(yùn)行情況,來(lái)驗(yàn)證該策略在微電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行優(yōu)化方面的有效性。
[Abstract]:Microgrid contains uncertain power supply and load, such as renewable energy and electric vehicle, which is not conducive to the stable operation of microgrid. Based on the microgrid system of scenery storage and considering the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of electric vehicles, a dynamic electricity price adjustment strategy is proposed. According to the real-time data of renewable energy output and load, the unbalanced power in the current micro-grid is obtained, and the corresponding electricity price information is released according to the current imbalance rate (UR),. The electric vehicle is fully mobilized to participate in the dispatching of the micro-grid, and the coordinated control between the renewable energy and the electric vehicle in the micro-grid is realized. Finally, the dynamic electricity price adjustment strategy is verified by building a microgrid simulation model, and the effectiveness of the strategy in microgrid operation optimization is verified by comparing the equivalent load and energy storage operation of the microgrid under the condition of disorderly charging and orderly charging and discharging of electric vehicles.
