基于矢量作用時(shí)間的永磁同步電機(jī)預(yù)測(cè)電流控制

【摘要】:針對(duì)以電壓源逆變器(VSI)饋電的永磁同步電機(jī)(PMSM)驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng),提出一種基于矢量作用時(shí)間的預(yù)測(cè)電流控制策略。從拓展有限控制集和改變最優(yōu)電壓矢量選擇方式的角度出發(fā)來(lái)改善系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)態(tài)性能。首先通過(guò)加入虛擬電壓矢量的方式拓展有限控制集,并依據(jù)在每個(gè)扇區(qū)內(nèi)各矢量對(duì)d軸電流增、減作用的不同來(lái)優(yōu)化有限控制集。其次令下一時(shí)刻的預(yù)測(cè)電流值等于其期望值,從而可獲得每個(gè)矢量作用時(shí)到達(dá)d、q軸電流期望值的矢量作用時(shí)間。利用各矢量的作用時(shí)間來(lái)衡量其對(duì)d、q軸電流的作用效果,以此代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)預(yù)測(cè)電流控制中的電流預(yù)測(cè)環(huán)節(jié)。并依靠矢量作用時(shí)間來(lái)選擇最優(yōu)電壓矢量,這樣可以有效解決占空比調(diào)制環(huán)節(jié)難以有效發(fā)揮作用的問(wèn)題。最后通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)所提算法的可行性與有效性進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。

[Abstract]:A predictive current control strategy based on vector action time is proposed for (PMSM) drive system of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) fed by voltage source inverter (VSI). The steady-state performance of the system is improved from the point of view of expanding the finite control set and changing the optimal voltage vector selection mode. Firstly, the finite control set is extended by adding virtual voltage vector, and the finite control set is optimized according to the difference of d axis current increase and subtraction effect of each vector in each sector. Secondly, the predicted current value at the next time is equal to its expected value, so that the vector action time to reach the expected value of d and Q axis current can be obtained when each vector acts on it. The action time of each vector is used to measure the effect of each vector on d, Q axis current, which replaces the current prediction link in traditional predictive current control. The optimal voltage vector is selected by vector action time, which can effectively solve the problem that duty cycle modulation is difficult to play an effective role. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm are verified by experiments.
