基于子模塊電壓波動(dòng)估計(jì)的MMC雙環(huán)二倍頻環(huán)流抑制策略

【摘要】:模塊化多電平變換器以其優(yōu)越的性能在大功率電能變換領(lǐng)域得到了廣泛應(yīng)用和研究。推導(dǎo)了MMC子模塊電容電壓波動(dòng)和橋臂投入模塊數(shù)的表達(dá)式,針對(duì)MMC環(huán)流控制器性能分析的多樣性、復(fù)雜性和電壓波動(dòng)的計(jì)算問題,提出一種基于子模塊電容電壓波動(dòng)估計(jì)前饋+電壓電流雙閉環(huán)反饋的復(fù)合環(huán)流控制策略,有效結(jié)合前饋控制的快速跟蹤性和反饋控制的閉環(huán)跟蹤性能,同時(shí)優(yōu)化計(jì)算環(huán)節(jié)。所提方法包括四部分:子模塊電容電壓的前饋估算;基于小信號(hào)模型的二倍頻環(huán)流電壓指令計(jì)算;投入模塊數(shù)的計(jì)算;子模塊電容電壓的排序及其投切。其中二倍頻環(huán)流電壓指令通過電壓電流雙閉環(huán)控制器獲得,并通過等效閉環(huán)阻抗分析其動(dòng)態(tài)性能,選取達(dá)到最佳抑制效果時(shí)合適的控制參數(shù)。仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了所提方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:Modular multilevel converters have been widely used and studied in the field of high power conversion because of their superior performance. The expressions of capacitance voltage fluctuation and bridge arm input module number of MCMC sub-module are derived. aiming at the diversity, complexity and voltage fluctuation calculation of MMC circulation controller performance analysis, a compound circulation control strategy based on capacitance voltage fluctuation estimation feedforward voltage and current double closed-loop feedback is proposed, which effectively combines the fast tracking of feedforward control with the closed-loop tracking performance of feedback control, and optimizes the calculation link at the same time. The proposed method includes four parts: feedforward estimation of capacitance voltage of sub-module; instruction calculation of double frequency circulation voltage based on small signal model; calculation of number of input modules; ranking and switching of capacitance voltage of sub-module. The double frequency circulation voltage instruction is obtained by the voltage and current double closed loop controller, and its dynamic performance is analyzed by the equivalent closed loop impedance, and the appropriate control parameters are selected to achieve the best suppression effect. Simulation and experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
