三相模塊化多電平換流器動(dòng)態(tài)相量諧波分析模型

【摘要】:基于模塊化多電平換流器(modular multilevel converter,MMC)的拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),將內(nèi)部的橋臂電流和子模塊電容電壓作為研究對(duì)象,通過引入平均開關(guān)函數(shù),推導(dǎo)出最近電平逼近調(diào)制下MMC的時(shí)域模型,再將其展開成動(dòng)態(tài)相量諧波分析模型,從而求解得到穩(wěn)態(tài)時(shí)MMC的交直流側(cè)各次諧波分量。然后在Matlab/Simulink中搭建了MMC的仿真模型,并用快速傅里葉變化(fast fourier transformation,FFT)對(duì)其進(jìn)行諧波分析,從而驗(yàn)證所建立諧波分析模型的正確性。最后根據(jù)模型分析了交直流側(cè)諧波的相互作用。該模型可為設(shè)計(jì)MMC的濾波器或研究其諧波抑制技術(shù)提供理論參考。
[Abstract]:Based on the topological structure of the modular multi-level converter(MMC), the internal bridge arm current and the sub-module capacitance voltage are taken as the research object, and the time-domain model of MMC under the nearest level approximation modulation is derived by introducing the average switching function, and then the model is developed into the dynamic phasor harmonic analysis model.
