綠藻對高溫硫化硅橡膠材料憎水性能的影響

【摘要】:絕緣子上生長藻類的現(xiàn)象在國內(nèi)外多有報道,但由于該領(lǐng)域缺乏試驗標準,在各國學者的研究中,很少對藻種和藻量予以測定,這使得研究結(jié)果差異性大,對藻類問題的認識也未能統(tǒng)一。為此,探索了定量研究藻類問題的方法,利用該方法研究了藻類對高溫硫化硅橡膠(HTV)憎水性能的影響。在四川省某變電站的長藻絕緣子上取得藻樣,利用基因測序的方法確定其為單細胞綠藻,在實驗室擴大培養(yǎng),并利用血球計數(shù)板對其數(shù)量進行了定量測量。借鑒ASTM G29以及GB/T 24127的試驗方法,研究了不同濃度的藻液對于硅橡膠憎水性的抑制情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)由藻細胞數(shù)密度為107 m L 1量級的藻液浸泡72 h就可以在HTV硅橡膠表面形成穩(wěn)定的親水層,自然干燥后測量其靜態(tài)接觸角30°。隨后研究了綠藻對于憎水遷移性的影響,在高嶺土以及硅藻土中混入綠藻并將其涂覆在硅橡膠表面進行憎水遷移,發(fā)現(xiàn)硅橡膠表面的單位面積藻細胞數(shù)密度4×104/cm2時,其對于憎水遷移性有明顯抑制作用。
[Abstract]:The phenomenon of algae growing on insulators has been reported at home and abroad, but due to the lack of experimental standards in this field, few scholars in various countries have measured the species and amount of algae, which makes the research results different and the understanding of algae problem can not be unified. Therefore, the method of quantitative study on algae problem was explored, and the effect of algae on the hydrophobic properties of high temperature vulcanized silicone rubber (HTV) was studied by using this method. The algae samples were obtained from the long algae insulators of a substation in Sichuan Province. The algae samples were identified as single-celled green algae by gene sequencing. The culture was expanded in the laboratory, and the number of algae samples was quantitatively measured by blood cell counting board. Based on the experimental methods of ASTM G29 and GB/T 24127, the inhibition of different concentrations of algae solution on the hydrophobicity of silicone rubber was studied. it was found that a stable hydrophilic layer could be formed on the surface of HTV silicone rubber after soaking in algae solution of the order of 107ml 鈮,
