高壓變頻器在電廠的應(yīng)用及設(shè)備監(jiān)理

【摘要】:隨著電力市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈和對(duì)節(jié)能減排問題的重視程度不斷提高,對(duì)節(jié)能技術(shù)需求也不斷提高。變頻調(diào)速作為理想的節(jié)能調(diào)速技術(shù),借助高壓大功率電力電子技術(shù)和計(jì)算機(jī)控制技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,在電廠風(fēng)機(jī)、水泵等重要輔機(jī)上得到了廣泛應(yīng)用,為電廠節(jié)能降耗、提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、降低設(shè)備沖擊、降低設(shè)備故障率起了重要作用。本文從分析高壓變頻器在電廠應(yīng)用產(chǎn)生的實(shí)際效果,以及影響應(yīng)用效果的關(guān)鍵問題出發(fā),提出了在高壓變頻器應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目中實(shí)施設(shè)備監(jiān)理的必要性。根據(jù)高壓變頻器在電廠應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn),提出了成套設(shè)備監(jiān)理過程中投資決策、質(zhì)量控制、安全管理應(yīng)作為監(jiān)理重點(diǎn),從對(duì)高壓變頻器適用性、可靠性、節(jié)能效果、財(cái)務(wù)分析等具體問題入手分析了投資決策過程。針對(duì)高壓變頻器的設(shè)計(jì)、采購(gòu)、制造、安裝及調(diào)試等設(shè)備形成全過程質(zhì)量控制的范圍、對(duì)象、內(nèi)容、原則等設(shè)備監(jiān)理技術(shù)的具體應(yīng)用。并結(jié)合發(fā)電廠安全管理對(duì)變頻器安裝過程中的危險(xiǎn)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,制定了具體防范措施。對(duì)此類成套電氣設(shè)備工程控制投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提高設(shè)備工程質(zhì)量,保證施工安全具有重要意義。對(duì)設(shè)備監(jiān)理行業(yè)向更專業(yè)化、分工更細(xì)化的方向發(fā)展,起到了極大的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce competition in the power market and the increasing attention to the problem of energy saving and emission reduction, the demand for energy saving technology is also increasing. As an ideal energy-saving speed regulation technology, frequency conversion speed regulation has been widely used in power plant fans, pumps and other important auxiliary machines with the help of the rapid development of high voltage and high power electronics technology and computer control technology, which plays an important role in energy saving and consumption reduction, economic benefit improvement, equipment impact reduction and equipment failure rate. Based on the analysis of the practical effect of high voltage frequency converter in power plant and the key problems affecting the application effect, this paper puts forward the necessity of implementing equipment supervision in the application project of high voltage frequency converter. According to the characteristics of the application project of high voltage frequency converter in power plant, this paper puts forward that investment decision, quality control and safety management should be regarded as the key points of supervision in the process of supervision of complete sets of equipment, and analyzes the process of investment decision from the aspects of applicability, reliability, energy saving effect and financial analysis of high voltage frequency converter. Aiming at the design, purchase, manufacture, installation and debugging of high voltage frequency converter, the concrete application of equipment supervision technology, such as the scope, object, content and principle of equipment supervision in the whole process is formed. Combined with the safety management of power plant, the dangerous points in the installation process of frequency converter are analyzed, and the concrete preventive measures are worked out. It is of great significance to control the investment risk, improve the quality of equipment engineering and ensure the construction safety of this kind of electrical equipment engineering. It has played a great role in promoting the development of equipment supervision industry in the direction of more specialization and more detailed division of labor.
