電氣化鐵路牽引負荷對地區(qū)風電場的影響

【摘要】:電氣化鐵路是我國鐵路系統(tǒng)的大動脈,其迅速發(fā)展的同時也給電網(wǎng)帶來了一些影響。大唐三門峽風電場曾在鄭西高鐵途經(jīng)的地區(qū)因電氣化鐵路集中運行而導致大面積脫網(wǎng)的現(xiàn)象發(fā)生。2015年底冀北地區(qū)風電場裝機容量突破千萬千瓦,附近新建設的張?zhí)畦F路于同年12月30日正式開通,多段鐵路沿線途經(jīng)風電場地區(qū)。本文基于國家電網(wǎng)冀北電科院有限公司的專項科技項目,圍繞電氣化鐵路牽引負荷對周邊電網(wǎng),尤其是含有風電場地區(qū)的電網(wǎng),以及對風電場的影響開展研究,針對諧波和負序在風機側(cè)和牽引供電站側(cè)兩方面探討抑制措施。本文首先對電氣化鐵路牽引負荷進行建模,利用PSCAD/EMTDC軟件搭建了以冀北地區(qū)實際運行線路為基礎的電網(wǎng)模型、牽引供電系統(tǒng)模型、HXD2型電力機車模型、等效風電場模型等。根據(jù)機車的運行方式靈活調(diào)整機車工況及運行在牽引網(wǎng)中的位置等來進行仿真。其次,在實際牽引站進行實地電能質(zhì)量測試,利用測試數(shù)據(jù)和前文所搭建的模型產(chǎn)生的仿真結(jié)果進行仿真比對,用于驗證模型的正確性和有效性,為研究電鐵牽引負荷對電網(wǎng)和風電場的影響打下基礎。然后,利用搭建好的模型針對機車不同的運行工況進行仿真,并歸納總結(jié)電鐵牽引負荷對電網(wǎng)的影響規(guī)律。由于牽引負荷以及不對稱的運行,會產(chǎn)生諧波和負序電流,研究諧波和負序電流在電網(wǎng)中沿不同路徑的傳播規(guī)律,以及諧波和負序兩個電能質(zhì)量問題對風電場的影響,并利用實測數(shù)據(jù)進行驗證和總結(jié)。針對當前冀北地區(qū)正在運行的電網(wǎng)和風電場實際情況,來評估目前運力較小時電鐵對風電場的影響,并對未來鐵路運力增加后的情況進行預測分析。最后,針對電鐵負荷對風電場的影響提出相對應的諧波和負序解決措施,討論目前國內(nèi)外正在采用的治理措施,選擇利用FC濾波和三相SVC裝置的方法來給出牽引站內(nèi)部電能質(zhì)量治理的建議。本文以具體工程實際項目為背景,結(jié)合冀北地區(qū)的電網(wǎng)參數(shù)和電氣化鐵路牽引負荷運行參數(shù),對牽引負荷對周邊風電場的影響進行了深入研究,對今后的電氣化牽引站接入電網(wǎng)提供了一定的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The electrified railway is the main artery of our railway system, and its rapid development also brings some influence to the power grid. In the end of 2015, the installed capacity of the wind farm in the northern part of the Hebei province has exceeded tens of thousands of kilowatts, and the newly built Zhangtang railway in the vicinity was officially opened on December 30, the same year. The multi-section railway line passes through the area of the wind farm. This paper is based on the special scientific and technical project of the State Grid Hebei Electric Power Institute Co., Ltd., and studies the influence of the traction load of the electrified railway on the surrounding power grid, in particular the power grid containing the wind farm area, and the influence on the wind farm. The suppression measures are discussed for both the harmonic and negative sequence on the side of the fan and the side of the traction power supply station. Firstly, the traction load of the electrified railway is modeled, and the power grid model, the traction power supply system model, the HXD2 type electric locomotive model and the equivalent wind farm model, which are based on the actual running line in the northern Hebei area, are built by using the PSCAD/ EMTDC software. According to the operation mode of the locomotive, the condition of the locomotive and the position of the running in the traction net are flexibly adjusted, and the simulation is carried out. Secondly, carrying out field electric energy quality test on the actual traction station, carrying out simulation comparison on the simulation results generated by the test data and the model built in the above, and is used for verifying the correctness and the effectiveness of the model, and laying a foundation for researching the influence of the electric iron traction load on the power grid and the wind farm. Then, a good model is used to simulate the different operating conditions of the locomotive, and the influence law of the electric iron traction load on the power grid is summarized. Due to the traction load and the asymmetric operation, the harmonic and negative sequence current can be generated, the propagation law of the harmonic and negative sequence current along different paths in the power grid, and the influence of the two electric energy quality problems of the harmonic and the negative sequence on the wind farm are studied, and the measured data is used for verification and summarization. In view of the actual situation of the power grid and the wind farm in the north of Hebei, the effect of the current transport force on the wind farm is evaluated, and the prediction and analysis of the future railway capacity are also carried out. Finally, aiming at the influence of the electric iron load on the wind power plant, the corresponding harmonic and negative sequence solution measures are proposed, and the current governance measures at home and abroad are discussed, and the method of FC filtering and three-phase SVC device is selected to give the advice of the internal power quality control of the traction station. In this paper, based on the actual project of the project, the influence of the traction load on the peripheral wind farm is studied in combination with the power grid parameters in the northern Hebei area and the running parameters of the traction load of the electrified railway, and a certain theoretical basis for the access of the electrified traction station to the power grid is provided.
