高速內(nèi)置式永磁轉(zhuǎn)子強度分析與設(shè)計

【摘要】:針對高速內(nèi)置式永磁轉(zhuǎn)子表面線速度高,高速離心力易損壞隔磁橋的問題,對高速內(nèi)置式永磁轉(zhuǎn)子進行強度分析與設(shè)計。基于轉(zhuǎn)子受力原理,推導(dǎo)高速內(nèi)置式永磁轉(zhuǎn)子強度解析計算公式,并采用有限元法驗證了解析計算的正確性。為了提高高速內(nèi)置式永磁轉(zhuǎn)子的機械可靠性,提出采用永磁體分段的轉(zhuǎn)子結(jié)構(gòu),即在轉(zhuǎn)子結(jié)構(gòu)中增加加強筋以分散隔磁橋所受的離心力,針對分段轉(zhuǎn)子結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜的特點,采用有限元法分析了加強筋個數(shù)、加強筋尺寸對轉(zhuǎn)子強度與漏磁特性的影響,總結(jié)了分段結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)子的設(shè)計規(guī)律。在對高速內(nèi)置式永磁轉(zhuǎn)子強度與電磁特性分析的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計一臺額定功率15 k W、最高轉(zhuǎn)速30 000 r/min的高速電機內(nèi)置式永磁轉(zhuǎn)子并進行了空載試驗,為高速內(nèi)置式永磁轉(zhuǎn)子的設(shè)計提供了參考。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the surface linear speed of high speed built-in permanent magnet rotor is high and the high speed centrifugal force is easy to damage the magnetic isolation bridge, the strength analysis and design of high speed built-in permanent magnet rotor are carried out. Based on the principle of rotor force, the analytical calculation formula of high speed built-in permanent magnet rotor strength is derived, and the correctness of the analytical calculation is verified by finite element method. In order to improve the mechanical reliability of high speed built-in permanent magnet rotor, a permanent magnet segmented rotor structure is proposed, that is, the centrifugal force of magnetic isolation bridge is dispersed by adding reinforcement into the rotor structure. According to the complex structure of the segmented rotor, the influence of the number of reinforcement bars and the size of reinforcement on the strength and magnetic flux leakage characteristics of the rotor is analyzed by finite element method, and the design law of the segmented structure rotor is summarized. Based on the analysis of strength and electromagnetic characteristics of high speed built-in permanent magnet rotor, a high speed motor built-in permanent magnet rotor with rated power of 15 kW and maximum speed of 30 000 r/min is designed and tested without load, which provides a reference for the design of high speed built-in permanent magnet rotor.
