220kV智能變電站設(shè)備縱向集成方案及其研制

【摘要】:提出了一種縱向集成設(shè)計(jì)方案并研制了保護(hù)縱向集成裝置和測控縱向集成裝置。采用保護(hù)與測控解耦的方式,將保護(hù)功能、合并單元、智能終端集成為保護(hù)縱向集成智能設(shè)備,將測控功能、合并單元、智能終端集成為測控縱向集成智能設(shè)備,減少了裝置間的數(shù)據(jù)交互環(huán)節(jié),解決了過程層采樣值(SV)、通用面向?qū)ο笞冸娬臼录?GOOSE)數(shù)據(jù)傳輸帶來的延時增加問題,提高了保護(hù)裝置的動作速度和可靠性。保護(hù)與測控功能的解耦,體現(xiàn)了功能分配的合理性,解決了智能電子設(shè)備能力描述(ICD)模型文件耦合帶來的運(yùn)維問題。重點(diǎn)闡述了單間隔的線路縱向集成裝置、母聯(lián)縱向集成裝置以及跨間隔的母線縱向集成裝置、變壓器縱向集成裝置在智能變電站中的設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)。
[Abstract]:A longitudinal integration design scheme is proposed and a protection longitudinal integration device and a measurement and control longitudinal integration device are developed. By decoupling protection and measurement and control, the protection function, merging unit and intelligent terminal are integrated into protection longitudinal integrated intelligent equipment, and the measurement and control function, merging unit and intelligent terminal are integrated into vertical integrated intelligent equipment of measurement and control. The data interaction between the devices is reduced, the delay increase caused by the general object-oriented substation event (GOOSE) data transmission in the process layer sampling value (SV), is solved, and the operation speed and reliability of the protection device are improved. The decoupling of protection and measurement and control functions reflects the rationality of function allocation and solves the operation and maintenance problems caused by the coupling of (ICD) model files for intelligent electronic equipment capability description. The design and development of single interval line longitudinal integration device, bus longitudinal integration device and transformer longitudinal integration device in intelligent substation are described in detail.
